The essence of the four elements, the quintessence of samsara and nirvana, and all merits, are invited as the nectar of immortal life, in the form of various colored rays of light. Entering through the crown of your heads, filling your entire bodies, obtain the accomplishment of immortal life. Dissolving into the life substances in front of you, generate the faith of becoming the essence of Vajra life. Saying this, wave the arrow banner. Holding the nectar of life, in order to bestow the empowerment of speech, all the pure essence of samsara and nirvana, stability and movement, is gathered into the nectar of bodhicitta. By placing this on the throat and tasting it, the bonds of karmic winds dissolve into the sphere of the central channel. Meditate on the indestructible Vajra of Speech becoming the life of Nada. Ah! All the pure essence of samsara and nirvana, stability and movement, is gathered into the immortal nectar of bodhicitta. By bestowing this upon you, a fortunate one, today, may you obtain the life of unobstructed lotus speech. At the end of the mantra, say: Vāka Abhiṣiñca Āḥ (藏文：ཝཱ་ཀ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：वाक अभिषिञ्च आः，梵文罗马拟音：vāka abhiṣiñca āḥ，汉语字面意思：Speech, Abhisheka, Ah) and place it on the throat, bestowing the nectar. Holding the life pill, in order to bestow the empowerment of mind, the essence of life from existence and peace appears in the form of a pill, placed on the heart and tasted. Through this, it merges into one taste with the indestructible bindu in the center of the heart. May it become the nourishment of the body and the support of the mind, and may you gain power over the life of the wisdom vajra. Hūṃ! The essence of existence and peace, the unchanging substance of life, inseparable from the bindu of bodhicitta. By bestowing this upon you, a fortunate one, today, may you obtain the life of the clear light essence of mind. At the end of the mantra, say: Citta Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ (藏文：ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：चित्त अभिषिञ्च हुṃ，梵文罗马拟音：citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Mind, Abhisheka, Hum) and place it on the heart, bestowing the pill. In order to seal it, the blazing jewel life arrow is placed crosswise on the crown of the head, transforming the body into a form of vajra armor. Together with making the life force as stable as a vajra rock, by placing it equally in the sphere of the clear light innate, pervasive expanse, meditate on the manifestation of the indestructible, immortal, primordial state. A! When expanded, life pervades existence and peace. When contracted, it is the space of a single bindu. By sealing it without change, may the life of great wisdom be accomplished. Say this and place the life arrow crosswise on the crown of the head. If desired, bestow the auspicious symbols, the seven precious substances, and other offerings.
