The Gau box is tightly closed, bound with a string of lotus beads, thereby gaining the life essence of unobstructed speech. The Gau box is tightly closed, bound with a string of crossed vajras, thereby gaining the life empowerment of unobstructed activity. Thus, the empowerment of the root of activity is completed. Secondly, like the three restorations of the life cycle, the empowerments of body, speech, and mind occur in sequence. First, for the empowerment of the body, please make the following visualization: From the bodies of the deities of life, the peaceful mandala of illusion, the wisdom body emanates like one lamp dividing into two, dissolving into the respective places of your bodies. Bestow the empowerment with the tsakli in sequence, reciting "Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，Devanagari: हूँ，IAST: hūṃ，Literal meaning: Hūṃ) Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ), Bhagavan Lord of Life, wisdom of the Dharmadhatu..." etc., the ending words of the praise within the three restorations, changing it to "Vairocana Amitāyus bestows the empowerment..." etc. In the intervals, add the mantra "Oṃ (ཨོཾ，Devanagari: ओ，IAST: oṃ，Literal meaning: Oṃ) Āḥ (ཨཱཿ，Devanagari: आ，IAST: ā，Literal meaning: Ā) Yurjñāna (ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན，Devanagari: युर्ज्ञा，IAST: yurjñāna，Literal meaning: Ayu-jnana) Tshe Bhrūṃ (ཚེབྷྲཱུྃ，Devanagari: भ्रू，IAST: bhrūṃ，Literal meaning: Tshe Bhrūṃ) Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，Devanagari: हूँ，IAST: hūṃ，Literal meaning: Hūṃ)!", and bestow the empowerment completely up to the four gates.
