Like the earth, please partake of this nectar of cleansing water of the Torma! May all obstacles of us yogis and our retinues be dispelled, and may favorable conditions be accomplished as desired! Protect the borders of the four regions of the snowy land! May all beings in the borderlands and the center be happy and joyful, and may the activities of study and practice of the Buddha's teachings increase! Mama Dakini Balimta Khahi! Afterwards, beneath the Torma plate, subdue the demons and press them into emptiness, sealing them with the Vajra dance mudra. Hum! To the demons and hordes of harmful spirits that harm practice, subdue them into emptiness, sealing them with the mudra of Mount Sumeru. 具足能力传承根本上师前，化现幻化网身之本尊，瑜伽助伴三处空行母，祈愿成就财富增盛吉祥！从极寂法身界性中，觉性自显大乐圆满受用，为调伏所化众生而行利益之化身，无别显现菩提祈愿吉祥！如是宣说悦耳之妙音，降下鲜花雨奏响乐器，于三时中恒常增上善妙，祈愿吉祥广大增长。此乃念修三种之，事业之鬘心要也，以大成就荟供积资之，欲求成就定实现，处所时间施主眷属资具等，以圆满具足为基础，念诵百千万仪轨及，内外密之界限皆遮断，近修尤为安住及，建立坛城陈设庄严物，加持修物修行者后，立誓增长威光极殊胜，修法自前无分别之，事业如法行持，分清念诵处，催促念诵修持之咒音，不间断且明观禅定，六时供养荟供轮，遣除障碍魔障降大加持，如是修持生起验相后，为大成就者自利故，如法次第取成就，为利他灌顶作摄受，为二利祈愿等，事业之鬘作终结。如是于会供或独修中，以专注一境而修持，暂时息灭障碍寿命福德增，地方区域吉祥大加持降临，见闻忆触具善缘，二种成就迅速得，最终证得 四种持明者之，道中不住之殊胜智慧，为得解脱之荣耀故，具慧者当精进修。萨玛雅！此乃修法心要五法之，事业之鬘简略集，藏地瑜伽士唐东杰布所，于空性匣中以觉性之记号，不增不减而封印，何时缘起时机成熟时，吾之化身持明者所，愿自他众多利益能成办！萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！古雅！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）封印封印封印！秘密！手印融入！依于大成就者之身语意三密之加持力，光明化身。

Before the root and lineage lama who holds the power of accomplishment, the yidam deity who appears as the illusory net body, and the dakinis of the three places who are friends in yoga, may auspiciousness bring about the increase of accomplishment and wealth! From the realm of the utterly peaceful Dharmakaya, the self-arisen awareness, the great bliss of perfect enjoyment, and the emanation body that benefits beings to be tamed, may the indivisible manifest enlightenment be auspicious! Thus, with melodious sounds, may flowers rain down and music play, and may auspiciousness be spread and increased at all times in the three times. This is the essence of the garland of activities of the three practices of recitation, accomplishment, and activity. If you want to achieve definite accomplishment through the great accomplishment of the gathering, then the place, time, host, entourage, and equipment, etc., must be based on perfect completeness, and the ritual of reciting a million mantras, and the outer, inner, and secret boundaries must be cut off. The near practice is especially to stay, and the mandala is built and the ornaments are arranged. After blessing the accomplishment substances and the accomplisher, the signs are established and the supreme glory is increased. The accomplishment is the activity of non-differentiation between oneself and the front, and the chanting room is divided according to the scriptures. The sound of the mantra that urges the chanting and accomplishment is uninterrupted and the samadhi is clear. The gathering offering is offered six times, and the obstacles and hindrances are removed and great blessings are bestowed. In this way, after practicing and the signs appear, for the sake of the great accomplisher's own benefit, the stages of accomplishment are taken in order. For the benefit of others, empowerment and acceptance are done. For the benefit of both, prayers are made, etc., and the garland of activities is brought to an end. In this way, in the gathering or solitary accomplishment, by practicing with single-pointed concentration, temporarily pacify obstacles, increase life and glory, and bring great blessings to the country and region. Seeing, hearing, remembering, and touching are endowed with good fortune, and the two kinds of accomplishments are quickly obtained. Ultimately, the four kinds of vidyadharas, the supreme wisdom that does not abide in the path, for the sake of obtaining the glory of liberation, those with intelligence should strive to practice. Samaya! This is a brief collection of the garland of activities of the five essential methods of accomplishment, sealed by the Tibetan yogi Thangtong Gyalpo in the box of emptiness with the sign of awareness, without increase or decrease. When the time of dependent origination comes, may my emanation vidyadhara accomplish many benefits for self and others! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Guhya!
