Entrust the work. bhūmipati saparivāra gaccha (Tibetan, Devanagari, bhūmipati saparivāra gaccha, Earth deity and retinue, please go!). Thinking that they have granted permission and returned to their respective places. Offer the torma and golden drink. Secondly, use water mixed with the five products of a cow and fragrant substances to spread over the base of the mandala, starting from the empowered one. Think: The nature of the earth is naturally pure emptiness. Recite the Svabhava mantra seven times. Thirdly, with the thought of drawing the mandala in this place, instantly transform yourself into Hayagriva, appearing as a wrathful and fierce being with unbearable splendor, burning like the fire at the end of an eon. Visualize in this way. Hūṃ! (Tibetan, Devanagari, hūṃ, seed syllable!) In this secret, supreme mandala, except for the deities of practice, the obstructing forces that cut off life, do not stay here, go elsewhere! Recite Sumbaṇi fiercely, accompanied by the sound of musical instruments, the incense of exorcism, and the scattering of mustard seeds, circumambulating the platform three times with a threatening demeanor. Oṃ Vajra Rakṣa Rakṣa Hūṃ! (Tibetan, Devanagari, oṃ vajra rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ, Om Vajra Protect Protect Hūṃ!) Three times. Above, below, and in all directions, bind everything with a vajra ground, fence, net, tent, awning, small wrathful deities, weapons, and a wheel of blazing flames, so that obstructing forces and obstacles cannot find an opportunity. Meditate on the protection wheel in this way. Secondly, establishing the deity: On the platform of the mandala, draw square dots with fragrant water at the position of the main deity, and circles at the positions of the retinue. On top of that, recite their respective mantras, and place piles of white grains, arranging them on half of the positions of the main deity and retinue. Place the three: medicine, blood, and torma in front. Arrange the outer offerings, and recite the offering from the small activity ritual, from blessing to praise, and perform the generation of the deity in front. Recite the general mantra as much as possible, and finally perform the offering and praise. Secondly, establishing the vase: Five vases with characteristics, plus the activity vase, making six in total. Gather the necessary items. Burn gugul incense. Scatter mustard seeds.
