May it be auspicious! Also, at the end of the heart mantra and the Hundred Syllable Mantra, add: The seed of being born in hell, along with its habitual tendencies, Śāntiṃ Kuru Svāhā. If you cannot practice extensively, or if you want to accumulate numbers, then in any part of the body, completely wash away the seeds of the six realms, transforming them into being born in the six realms, etc. If you like to practice extensively, then according to the instructions in the scriptures, the purification of the poisons of the Three Jewels and the four elements can also be added here. Finally, in this way, all sins and habitual tendencies are washed away, and after purification, the aggregates of karmic maturation are also completely purified, transforming into a mass of light. Oṃ Vajrasattva Āḥ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，). In an instant, visualize yourself as the glorious Vajrasattva, complete with all qualities, marked with a white Oṃ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，) on the crown of the head, a red Āḥ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，) on the throat, and a blue Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，) on the heart, from which rays of light emanate. Invite the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas filling the sky, and bless yourself by dissolving them into the three places in the form of the three vajras. From now on, cut off the gates of the six realms of samsara and forever conquer the battlefield of samsara. Believe in this way, recite auspicious verses, and scatter flowers. In the southern gate ritual of this tradition, if you add the supplementary ritual of Gyalsé Rinchen Namgyal, then the meaning will be more complete. If you do not add it, then during the sixfold ablution, if you follow this visualization, then it will appear as a special dharma of this ritual, and it is good to think in this way. Secondly, if you want to help the sick, etc., then the practice is as described above. With purification as a prerequisite, perform the common rituals of bathing, wiping, and protection. In either case, perform the subsequent self-generation, absorption, dedication, and auspicious prayers. Vajrasattva is not only universally known as the deity of bathing, but also, from this ritual it is said: By bathing and drinking with vase water, diseases, evil spirits, and sins are all purified, and pure wisdom arises in the mindstream. This is especially praised. Furthermore, in the latter part of the Great Perfection Vajrasattva Heart Essence Tantra, it is said: In the six places of the disciple's body, place the six seed syllables of the six realms, and with the water of the self-arisen wisdom vase, purify sins and habitual tendencies. It seems to be the meaning of this, so the source is very reliable. Temporary and lasting suffering arises.
