度母修法·救护一切怖畏。 度母修法·救护一切怖畏。 出自普贤意界藏密极精要（之法）。度母修法·救护一切怖畏。（于此）安住。顶礼普贤意界！ 至尊圣度母之，修法·救护一切怖畏，如我莲花生，为未来教众之利益，以心之精血封印，与多生累世结缘之子，交付于王族拉杰，为利益一切有情众生，于红岩雅玛隆之地，藏于似金翅鸟展翅之岩石上，待时机成熟与具缘之人相遇，愿教法得以弘扬！ 萨玛雅！ 之后修法瑜伽士，于怡人寂静之圣地，于箭长之圆形台座上，涂以香水，于中央置四瓣莲花，外层为八瓣莲花环绕，以门圆满之莲花金刚火焰围绕。中央于清净珍宝器皿中，于三重圆形垫上，放置顶端浑圆之食子，四方莲花瓣之间，以四颗美丽彩色丸作装饰，四方放置圆形食子，以及四方形、月牙形、刀形图案之食子，并陈设顶圆、腰鼓形、下宽之三种食子。另陈设谷物堆，以及教敕、伏藏护法之供施食子。左右前方陈设药酒，以及五种巴陵食子供品。于舒适之座上安坐后，首先皈依： 顶礼上师三宝及三根本众，以及圣度母之坛城眷属，为虚空般无边众生之利益，直至菩提果间，我等皆皈依！ 念诵三遍。 其次发菩提心： ཧོ༔ （吽，藏文：ཧོ།） 我自即日起直至成佛，修持度母，为利益三界一切有情众生，发起愿行、胜义菩提心！ 念诵三遍。 第三修七支供： 顶礼上师三宝及三根本众，以及与我等生生世世结缘之，圣度母之坛城眷属，我以身语意三门恭敬顶礼！ 奉献无执、自然解脱之供品！ 忏悔往昔所造诸恶业！ 随喜三世一切善！ 祈请转动三乘法轮！ 以三门恭敬祈请！ 将善根回向菩提！ 之后

Tara Sadhana: Saving from All Fears. Tara Sadhana: Saving from All Fears. From the All-Good Mind-Treasure Secret Essence Drop: The Tara Sadhana Saving from All Fears resides. Homage to the All-Good Mind-Essence! The Noble Supreme Tara's, Sadhana Saving from All Fears, I, Padmasambhava, for the sake of future teachings and beings, sealed with the essence of my heart, entrusted to the son connected through many lifetimes, the royal prince Lhaje, for the benefit of all sentient beings, in the place of Drakmar Yamalung, hidden on a rock resembling a garuda spreading its wings, may it meet a fortunate person when the time comes, and may the teachings flourish! Samaya! Then, the sadhana yogi, in a pleasing solitary sacred place, on a round platform the length of an arrow, sprinkle scented water, in the center place a four-petaled lotus, surrounded by an outer layer of eight petals, encircled by a complete lotus vajra flame. In the center, in a clean precious vessel, on a triple round cushion, place a torma with a round top, and between the four lotus petals, decorate with four beautiful colored pills, on the four sides place round tormas, and square, crescent-shaped, knife-patterned tormas, and arrange three kinds of tormas with round tops, drum-shaped waists, and wide bottoms. Also arrange grain heaps, and offering tormas for the command and treasure protectors. On the right, left, and front, arrange medicine alcohol, and five kinds of baling offering items. Seating comfortably on a comfortable seat, first take refuge: Namo to the Three Jewels and Three Roots, and the retinue of the Noble Tara mandala, for the benefit of all beings as vast as space, until enlightenment, I take refuge! Recite three times. Secondly, generate bodhicitta: HO! From today until I attain Buddhahood, practicing Tara, for the benefit of all sentient beings in the three realms, I generate aspirational and actual, ultimate bodhicitta! Recite three times. Thirdly, practice the seven-branch offering: Homage to the Three Jewels and Three Roots, and the retinue of the Noble Tara mandala, connected to us through lifetimes, I prostrate with body, speech, and mind! I offer unattached, naturally liberated offerings! I confess all negative deeds committed in the past! I rejoice in all virtues of the three times!
