祈愿吉祥如意！ 萨玛雅！ 唉玛，无死莲师我，为了未来众生的利益，此长寿成就无死密意集，交付于益西措嘉你。 勿传播，以空行母的标志获得，在红岩雅玛隆的地方，如鹏鸟展翅般的岩石，以神变加持的印章获得，以能力成就的祈愿，何时五浊恶世之时，我之化身具业者将取出，那时持明彼者，如经续般善于传播，救护众生脱离非时死亡，成就无死金刚之命。 萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 哲达拉古雅！（藏文：ཙིཏྟ་ལ་གུ་ཧྱ，梵文天城体：चित्तलगुह्य，梵文罗马拟音：cittala guhya，汉语字面意思：心秘密） 卡！（藏文：ཁྠཾ，梵文天城体：खं，梵文罗马拟音：kham，汉语字面意思：空） 末世掘藏师持明秘密洲，从红岩雅玛隆的修行处，如鹏鸟展翅般的岩石中，于火牛年（不确定）六月二十五日迎请出，之后土兔年（不确定）二月初十，依所有掘藏师之转轮王莲花光明经续洲之教言，依靠修持之加持力，一边次第解开符字，一边清净抄写的书写者是金瓦喇嘛邬金伦珠所为，愿一切众生成就获得无死怙主之果位。灌顶末尾的吉祥祈愿、誓言承诺、曼扎供养等如通常仪轨，修法之后的仪轨等如事业仪轨。 圣教宝藏之源出，善说事业仪轨妙宝于此，如弘扬守护发展佛教之光芒，利他如意无边降雨！ 持明邬金秘密洲之伏藏，大悲观音自生像之章节。 与长寿成就无死密意集相关的长寿灌顶。

Emaho, Immortal Padmasambhava, for the sake of future beings, I entrust this Long Life Accomplishment, the Union of Immortal Intentions, to you, Yeshe Tsogyal. Do not propagate it, obtain it through the signs of the dakinis, in the place of Drakmar Yermalung, the rock resembling a garuda spreading its wings, obtain it with the seal of miraculous manifestation, with the aspiration of accomplished power, when the time of the five degenerations arrives, a karmically connected emanation of mine will extract it. At that time, that vidyadhara, skilled in propagating it like sutra and tantra, will protect all beings from untimely death, and the immortal vajra life will be accomplished. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Cittala Guhya! KHAM! The treasure revealer of the end times, Rigdzin Sangngak Lingpa, from the practice place of Drakmar Yermalung, the rock resembling a garuda spreading its wings, invited it forth on the 25th day of the sixth month of the Fire Ox year, and later, on the 10th day of the second month of the Earth Hare year, according to the command of Pema Osel Dongak Lingpa, the Chakravartin of all treasure revealers, relying on the power of the blessings of practice, the scribe who purified and transcribed it while gradually deciphering the symbolic script was Serwa Lama Orgyen Lhundrup, may it become the cause for all beings to attain the state of the immortal protector. At the end of the empowerment, the auspicious prayers, vow commitments, mandala offerings, etc., are as usual, and the subsequent rituals of the sadhana are performed according to the las byang. From the source of the precious teachings of the Buddha, may this well-spoken activity ritual, a precious jewel, like the light radiating from upholding, protecting, and propagating the victorious teachings, shower down boundless rain of benefit and wish fulfillment for others!
