In a moment, in an instant, the messengers increase ninefold in ferocity. With cries and wails, they utterly slay the enemies; the unbearable, blazing, glorious command abides greatly. The time of the conch-shell youth of the southwest has arrived; of the obstructing, misleading enemies and demons, take the wealth and possessions they have accumulated by killing people. In just the measure of a moment's breath, without delay, accomplish the activity of liberation now! (Bhyo Ja (藏文，བྷྱོ་ཛ，梵文天城体，भोज，梵文罗马拟音，bhoja，汉语字面意思，具光荣)) Fiercely proclaim the great red demon-king; with the right hand, twirl a copper phurba (藏文，ཕུར་བུ，梵文天城体，，梵文罗马拟音，phur ba，汉语字面意思，金刚橛) in the hand, stabbing the hearts of enemies, demons, and sorcerers. With the left hand, bind and restrain the necks of the fallen; sever the hell-bound path of the malicious ones. The body is assailed by clouds, fire, wind, and poisonous vapors; showers of meteoric iron vajras (藏文，རྡོ་རྗེ，梵文天城体，वज्र，梵文罗马拟音，vajra，汉语字面意思，金刚) fall like hail. Razor-sharp wind-wheels go gyi li li; nooses of erupting poison-water go na ra ra. The white clouds are subdued, and a black bear is ridden; with mouths open and eyes wide, they roar fiercely. With their hands, they seize and devour the enemies; displaying courageous prowess and manifesting a wrathful form. The time of the conch-shell youth of the northwest has arrived; of the enemies and demons who cause trouble and instigate, steal their life, gather their breath, and cut the cord of life. Eat the flesh, drink the blood, and consume without remainder; without distraction, accomplish the activity of killing and destroying! (Bhyo Ja (藏文，བྷྱོ་ཛ，梵文天城体，भोज，梵文罗马拟音，bhoja，汉语字面意思，具光荣)) The yaksha (藏文，གནོད་སྦྱིན，梵文天城体，यक्ष，梵文罗马拟音，yakṣa，汉语字面意思，夜叉) great king, yellow, unbearable, and terrifying; with the right hand, brandish and twirl the supreme phurba (藏文，ཕུར་བུ，梵文天城体，，梵文罗马拟音，phur ba，汉语字面意思，金刚橛) in the sky, with the left hand, swallow the hearts and lungs of enemies and demons. From the mouth, flames of fiery breath billow forth; the hair is a swirling mass of phurbas (藏文，ཕུར་བུ，梵文天城体，，梵文罗马拟音，phur ba，汉语字面意思，金刚橛), a whirling vortex. The red and black fire-winds of the five poisons rage; all the proud armies of the workers shout, "Kyi, swo, ru, lu, gyob, sod!" (藏文，ཀྭི་བསྭོ་རུ་ལུ་རྒྱོབ་སོད་，梵文天城体，，梵文罗马拟音，kvi s+vo ru lu rgyob sod，汉语字面意思，祈愿迅速成办) like thunder. The messengers, the magical hosts of foxes and monkeys, roam everywhere, displaying various eye-tricks; they ride fearsome brown bears as mounts, eating human corpses and running. Wheels of various weapons go gyi li li; the black workers wave and shout. The time of the conch-shell youth of the northeast has arrived; of the enemies and demons who cause unwanted things, the husband above, the wife below, the young child in the armpit, and all the door-wealth and livestock, deliver and entrust them completely, without remainder; accomplish the activity of utterly destroying their names! (Bhyo Ja (藏文，བྷྱོ་ཛ，梵文天城体，भोज，梵文罗马拟音，bhoja，汉语字面意思，具光荣)) Furthermore, the obedient, proud workers, the minute Ke'u Sengs who protect the mandala (藏文，དཀྱིལ་འཁོར，梵文天城体，मण्डल，梵文罗马拟音，maṇḍala，汉语字面意思，坛城).

Assembly of retinues! Thirty-two Dakinis, eighteen great KIngkaras, twenty-eight abodes of great powerful deities, all the command-attendants of Vajrakila, partake of this red blood-flesh torma! Arise in a wrathful, unbearable, and terrifying form! As for those who commit misdeeds, break vows, lead astray, enemies, and obstacles, let alone a year or a month, do not leave them for even a few days or a single meal! Now, at this very moment of midday, threaten even the parents who gave birth and nurtured, separate the lineage-holding children and the purchased wives, hand over the young descendants to the bloodthirsty demons, throw the three—flesh, blood, and bones—into the mouth of the Great Glorious One, and store the remaining remnants as the terrifying food of Kila protectors! I urge you to keep your vows, deities of Kila's activities! The time has come, assembly of oath-bound protectors! Do not be distracted, do not be afraid, against enemies and obstacles! I am the Vidyadhara who accomplishes Kila, because enemies and obstacles do not give me peace, may the oath-bound Kila protectors turn the tide of battle!
