ན་འོད་འཕྲོའི་ཕུང་པོ་རིན་ཆེན་སྙིང་། །བདེ་གཤེགས་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡན་ལག་མར་མེ་མཛད། །འོད་སྲུང་ཤཱཀྱའི་སྐྱེས་མཆོག་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཀྱིས། །ཚོགས་རྫོགས་མྱུར་དུ་འཚང་རྒྱའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ ཤོག །འཇམ་དབྱངས་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན་དང་བྱམས་པའི་མགོན། །མཁའ་སྙིང་སྒྲིབ་རྣམ་སེལ་དང་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་། །ས་སྙིང་འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཀྱིས། །རྒྱལ་སྲས་སྤྱོད་མཐར་ཕྱིན་པའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །འོད་སྲུང་ཀུན་ དགའ་བོ་དང་ཉེ་བར་འཁོར། །དགྲ་བཅོམ་བཀའ་རྒྱུད་གསུམ་དང་གཞན་ཡང་ནི། །འཕགས་ཆེན་གནས་བརྟན་བཅུ་དྲུག་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཀྱིས། །ཐུབ་བསྟན་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་རྒྱས་པའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །ཀླུ་སྒྲུབ་འཕགས་པ་ལྷ་དང་ཟླ་བ་གྲགས། ། 1-34 ཐོགས་མེད་དབྱིག་གཉེན་ཞབས་དང་བློ་གྲོས་བརྟན། །ཕྱོགས་གླང་དྷརྨ་ཀཱིརྟི་ཆོས་མཆོག་གིས། །མ་ནོར་གསུང་རབ་འབྱེད་པའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །དཱ་ན་ཤི་ལ་ཛི་ན་མི་ཏྲ་དང་། །འཆི་མེད་གཞན་ཕན་ཀ་ཅོག་ ཞང་གསུམ་དང་། །རིན་བཟང་ཟངས་རྔོག་གཉན་ཚོགས་སྦྱངས་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས། །ལེགས་སྦྱར་བརྡ་སྐད་རྣམ་དག་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །བློ་ལྡན་སྲས་ཀྱི་ཐུ་བོ་རྣམ་གཉིས་དང་། །འབྲི་ཁྱུང་རྒྱ་དམར་ཕྱ་གཙང་དན་གསུམ་དང་། །གཉལ་ ཞིག་རིགས་པའི་སེང་གེ་སྐྱེལ་སོགས་ཀྱིས། །རྣམ་དག་གཞུང་ལུགས་སྨྲ་བའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །བཀའ་བརྒྱུད་དྲི་མེད་མཁའ་འདྲའི་བྱིན་རླབས་དང་། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་རིགས་པའི་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་ཉི་འོད་དང་། །མཁས་མང་རྒྱུ་སྐར་བྱེ་ བའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱིས། ཆོས་བརྒྱུད་རྣམ་པར་འཕེལ་བའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །བཅོམ་ལྡན་རིག་པའི་རལ་གྲིའི་རྣམ་ཐར་དད་པའི་ལྗོན་ཤིང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འདི་ནི། མཁས་མཆོག་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དབོན་པོ་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་ ལྷུན་པོ་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་གྱིས་མངོན་པར་མཐོ་བས་ཅུང་ཟད་བསྐུལ་བའི་ངོར། ཆོས་སྨྲ་བའི་བཙུན་པ་བསམ་གཏན་བཟང་པོས་རང་གི་བློ་ལ་སྣང་བ་རྣམས་བྲིས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དགེ་ཞིང་བཀྲ་ ཤིས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག། །།

The body of radiant light, a precious jewel, the Sugata (Buddha) jewel, a branch like a lamp, Kasyapa (Kasyapa) Sakya (Sakya) auspicious supreme one, may there be auspiciousness for the swift completion of accumulations and the attainment of enlightenment! Manjusri (Manjusri) Vajradhara (Vajradhara) and Maitreya (Maitreya) the protector, Akasagarbha (Akasagarbha) Sarvanivaranaviskambhin (Sarvanivaranaviskambhin) and Samantabhadra (Samantabhadra), Ksitigarbha (Ksitigarbha) Avalokitesvara (Avalokitesvara) auspicious one, may there be auspiciousness for the completion of the bodhisattva conduct! Kasyapa (Kasyapa) Ananda (Ananda) and Upali (Upali), Arhat (Arhat) three lineages of precepts and others, the great sixteen elders auspicious ones, may there be auspiciousness for the flourishing of the Buddha's teachings in the ten directions! Nagarjuna (Nagarjuna) Aryadeva (Aryadeva) and Chandrakirti (Chandrakirti), Asanga (Asanga) Vasubandhu (Vasubandhu) feet and Sthiramati (Sthiramati), Dignaga (Dignaga) Dharmakirti (Dharmakirti) Dharmottara (Dharmottara), may there be auspiciousness for distinguishing the unerring scriptures! Danasila (Danasila) Jinmitra (Jinmitra) and, Amritaprabha (Amritaprabha) Ka-cog-xiang three and, Ratnavajra (Ratnavajra) Zang-ngog-nyen-tso-jiang and others' power, may there be auspiciousness for the pure Sanskrit terms! The two supreme sons of wisdom (referring to Shakya Prabha and Gunaprabha) and, Dri-khyung (Dri-khyung) Gya-mar (rGya-dmar) Phya-tsang (Phya-tsang) Dan three and, Nyal-zhig (gNyal-zhig) Lion of Reason (Rigs-pa'i-seng-ge) Kye and others, may there be auspiciousness for speaking of pure treatises! The Kagyu (bKa'-brgyud) stainless blessing like space, the Bhagavan's (Bhagavan) intellect's compassionate sunlight, the scholars' myriad activities like countless stars, may there be auspiciousness for the flourishing of the Dharma lineage! This 'Biography of the Bhagavan's Sword of Intellect - The Tree of Faith' was written at the urging of the nephew of that wise one, Sonam Lhunpo (Sonam Lhunpo) Sherab Gyaltsen (Sherab Gyaltsen), by the Dharma-speaking monk Samten Sangpo (Samten Sangpo) according to what appeared in his own mind.
