In contrast to that, the affliction of anger, and mixed with that, neither changes, therefore these two afflictions are abandoned. The function of these two is to gather retinues. Fifth, Creator, you wander in towns and so on, and abide in inner samadhi, for all, always, there is no mistaken action of non-omniscience, therefore, in accordance with the name "Omniscient," all actions are in accordance with the correct meaning. Shravaka Arhats have exhausted their afflictions, but their habitual tendencies have not been completely subdued, so sometimes they mistake an elephant, and encounter it, etc., they have actions that are not omniscient. Sixth, for the activities of all sentient beings, you do not exceed the time, if the object to be tamed is ripe for taming, you do not leave it in equanimity. Its function is that all actions are only intensely meaningful. Seventh, for all the worlds, three times during the day and three times during the night, a total of six times, observing the increase and decrease is the function. The Bhagavan who possesses this function, with great compassion, thinks of benefiting all sentient beings. Eighth, what is gathered by conduct is: confusion in body, chatter in speech, forgetfulness in mind, non-equanimity of mind, the perception of the difference between samsara and nirvana, and abandonment without separate examination, these six. What is gathered by realization is: desire, diligence, mindfulness, samadhi, wisdom, and liberation, without decline, these six. The three gathered by the wisdom of non-attachment and non-obstruction to the three times, and all the activities of body, speech, and mind, are preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom, called the three gathered by activity. Possessing eighteen, therefore, it becomes the master of all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. Ninth, the Svabhavikakaya, the Sambhogakaya, and the Nirmanakaya, these three, the first with profound, the latter two with vast manifest enlightenment, and by knowing all knowable things, at all times and places, cutting off the doubts of sentient beings. Tenth, there is no clinging to enjoyment, and

There is not even the slightest stain, and the mind is not disturbed by worldly dharmas and sufferings. It abides in small thoughts and slight evils, and is not moved by distractions. There is no conceptual elaboration on all dharmas. I prostrate to the Buddha, the Bhagavan, who has perfectly completed the six paramitas! Fourth, the way of benefiting sentient beings of superior, middling, and inferior capacities through the three activities (body, speech, and mind). The way of appearing in different fields and realms. The way the main activity is determined as the doctrine and the holders of the doctrine. First, just as when the sun with its vast thousand rays rises in this Jambudvipa, it gradually shines first on the supreme snow mountain, then on the middle black mountains, and finally on the lower plains and valleys, illuminating the entire world. Similarly, the rays of the sun of the activity of the victorious Buddha, the Bhagavan, gradually shine on the three groups of disciples of the three vehicles, superior, middling, and inferior, and ultimately illuminate the minds of sentient beings who are destined to fall. Second, just as fire burns and appears in a place where fuel and other causes and conditions are gathered, but subsides and does not appear in places where other causes and conditions are not gathered, so it should be known that in whatever region and time sentient beings have matured the roots of virtue to see the Buddha and hear the Dharma, the Bhagavan will appear, and will not appear elsewhere. As it is said in the Ornament for Clear Realization: Even if the king of gods sends down rain, unsuitable land does not grow. Similarly, even if the Buddhas come, those without fortune do not experience goodness. Third, the Teacher's sacred Dharma, etc., has already been explained before. Third, the concluding part has three aspects: the necessity of composing the treatise, the nature of the treatise to be composed, and the dedication of the merit of composing the treatise. First, the hundred treatises, etc. Second, the wisdom of knowledge, etc. Third, the great chariots, etc. Showing the way of the basis, path, and fruit, this treatise compiled from all the scriptures, by whatever virtue of the well-spoken, may...

May we enter the path of liberation! This is a clear explanation of the collection of all the teachings composed by Lama Thartön Lotsāwa. At the request of the great virtuous friend, Lama Tsöndrü Pal of Upper Dokham, with precious flowers and great aspiration, the remaining parts written by the Shakya monk Redawa Shyönnu Lodrö at the Sakya Monastery were completed at the Namtsé Ding Monastery. May this bring great benefit to many beings! Shubham! Chapter Seven.
