Those, and the nature of the twenty-two faculties such as the eye, and the understanding of their respective natures that can accomplish fruits with each other, to this, any wisdom that sees without obstruction or attachment is considered the power of knowing the superior and inferior faculties and what is and is not the case. Sixth, the power of knowing all paths is: Some paths are of the victors, some are of the solitary realizers, Bodhi and the Bodhi of the Hearers, gods and humans, as well as, ghosts, animals, hells, etc., are the paths they travel, to this, wisdom is unattached and limitless, it is considered a power. Any path that causes the Victorious Ones, the Fully Enlightened Ones, etc., to enter the three Bodhis, and the gods and humans, etc., to enter the five paths, for those paths, any wisdom that sees without attachment or obstruction is considered the power of knowing all paths. Seventh, the power of knowing the defilements and purifications of meditation, etc., is: The various differences of yogis in the infinite world, the eight liberations of meditation and any quiescence, the differences of samadhi, any one and eight becoming, to this, unobstructed wisdom is said to be power. The four meditations and eight liberations of the various differences in the continuum of the yogis residing in the infinite world, as well as the samadhi of one-pointedness of quiescence and virtue, and the differences of the samadhi of ultimate abiding, one and eight becoming nine kinds, how many, and, the causes of those defilements, ignorance and inappropriate attention, etc., and, the causes of purification, other sounds and appropriate attention, etc., to this, any wisdom that sees without obstruction is considered the power of knowing meditation, etc., and defilements and purifications. Eighth, the power of knowing the recollection of past lives is: As long as delusion exists, existence exists, the past self and, other sentient beings in that life, how many sentient beings, thus infinite, together with the basis, place and direction, and, together with the aspect, any wisdom is said to be power. As long as delusion exists, in samsara, one life after another, the self that has existed since beginningless time, and how many other sentient beings

Those infinite ones, regarding the past states of existence, with their bases such as birthplaces, locations, and aspects, whatever unobstructed wisdom engages with them, that is considered the power of knowing the recollection of past lives. Ninth, the power of knowing death and birth: The death and transmigration of each of the various sentient beings, Whatever birth abides in the world, at the edge of space, The many splendors, the wisdom enters at that time, Without attachment, completely pure, the boundless power is such. For the sentient beings abiding at the edge of space in the world, the death and birth of each sentient being, whatever is extremely radiant and has many forms, whatever wisdom enters at that time merely by intention, without attachment, and completely pure in all aspects, this unobstructed one is considered the power of knowing death and birth. Tenth, the power of knowing the exhaustion of defilements: The Victorious Ones quickly, with the power of all-knowing, The defilements and stains, along with their imprints, are destroyed, Disciples and others, who obstruct defilements with wisdom, For them, wisdom is unattached, boundless power is such. The afflictions such as desire of the Victorious Ones, along with their imprints, are destroyed and abandoned. Disciples, Hearers, and Solitary Buddhas have not abandoned the subtle habitual imprints of afflictions. Thus, although afflictions are abandoned, habitual imprints remain. Therefore, an Arhat who was previously a monkey still jumps and walks, and one who was previously a Brahmin still curses with vulgar language. Although the Bhagavan had forbidden such behavior, it could not be corrected. Therefore, whatever wisdom obstructs and abandons the connection between afflictions and habitual imprints, that wisdom which is without attachment and unobstructed is called the power of knowing the exhaustion of defilements. Secondly, showing that ordinary beings cannot express the qualities: Only a Buddha is capable of completely determining all the distinctions of the qualities of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. If one were to speak of them, even if one's life were blessed for countless, inconceivable eons, and one had no other activity, speaking swiftly, it would still not be complete. Bodhisatt

What need to mention the Great Hero? What need to mention the ability of Hearers and Solitary Realizers to know or describe the perfect qualities of the Buddha? The meaning itself is shown through examples: Birds do not turn back because there is no space; but here, they turn back because their own strength is exhausted, similarly, the sons of the Buddha, including disciples, turn back without describing the Buddha's qualities, which are as limitless as space. The king of birds, soaring in the sky, gaining the power to overwhelm others with the force of the wind from its wide wings, does not turn back because there is no space, but because its own strength is exhausted. Similarly, those sons of the Buddha who have attained inconceivable liberation also turn back from the qualities that are as limitless as space because their own intellectual power is exhausted and they cannot describe the qualities of the Thus-Gone One, not because of complete perfection. What need to say that the ultimate qualities of the disciples, Hearers and Solitary Realizers, will be realized? Since even the noble ones who dwell on the ground of non-attachment cannot realize it, from where did you obtain this discourse on the qualities of the Thus-Gone One? Therefore, even though those like me cannot know or describe your qualities, nevertheless, because those were spoken by the noble Nagarjuna, I have spoken a little, dispelling doubts. Because it takes many years to fully know and describe the qualities of the Buddha, therefore, Blessed One, we, who are blinded by the haze of ignorance, cannot know or describe even a fraction of your qualities. However, what we have said a little, starting from the qualities of the Buddha, is following the teachings of the noble Nagarjuna, dispelling doubts about the qualities of the Buddha, and speaking a little without hesitation. Explaining the nature of enlightenment, the distinctions of body and qualities.
