Not possessing arrogance, not possessing unequal treatment, not possessing the notion of different acceptance and rejection of samsara and nirvana, and not possessing the equanimity of abandoning those to be tamed without discrimination. The six qualities gathered by realization are: aspiration, diligence, mindfulness, concentration, wisdom, and not losing liberation. The three qualities gathered by activity are: all actions of the three doors of body, speech, and mind are preceded by wisdom and follow wisdom. The three qualities gathered by wisdom are: the unobstructed wisdom of seeing, without attachment to the knowable of the three times. Such qualities and others are characteristics of being unassailable, because they do not possess confusion and the like, and because there is no gap, they cannot be overcome. The omniscient wisdom is considered to be the characteristic of direct perception. Others are partial and are not considered to be direct perception. The very nature of knowing all aspects is the characteristic of direct perception for all phenomena gathered by aggregates, elements, and sources. The knowledge of other Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas is partial, so it is not considered to be direct knowledge of all aspects. Whatever has the characteristic of conditioned phenomena and whatever has the characteristic of unconditioned phenomena, because of that, it is empty, that is self-characteristic emptiness. Self-characteristic emptiness has been explained. Now, this present does not remain, and the past and future do not exist. Where those are not seen, it is said that they are invisible. That invisibility is its own nature, and whatever is separated from it is neither permanently existent nor destroyed, therefore it is the emptiness called "invisibility." The present does not remain because of the momentariness, and the past and future are said to be invisible to these three times because they are destroyed and unborn. Because they are not permanently existent and are not destroyed, whatever is separated from its own nature is called invisible emptiness. Because things arise from conditions, they do not have the nature of aggregation. Aggregation itself is emptiness, that is, emptiness of no-thingness. Because things arise from the aggregation of causes and conditions, they do not have the nature of aggregation, and that itself is emptiness, that is, emptiness of no-thingness.

The emptiness of its own nature is the emptiness of the nature of non-things. The sixteen emptinesses, along with the extensive explanation, have been explained. Now, the four condensed emptinesses are to be spoken of, like this: The sound of things, if condensed, refers to the five aggregates. They are empty of it, that is called the emptiness of things. The sound of things refers to the five aggregates, and their emptiness of it is called the emptiness of things. In brief, non-things refer to unconditioned dharmas. It is empty of non-things, it is the emptiness of non-things. Non-things are unconditioned, such as space and nirvana. Their emptiness of their own nature is the emptiness of non-things. Self-nature without self-nature is the emptiness called self-nature. Like this, self-nature is not made, so it is called self-nature. The self-nature of dharmas is not made by shravakas and so on, so it is called self-nature. The non-existence of that self-nature is called the emptiness of self-nature. Whether Buddhas appear or do not appear, in reality, the emptiness of all things is proclaimed as the other's things. The ultimate limit and suchness, that is the emptiness of the other's things. Whether Buddhas appear or do not appear, the emptiness of things that abide as they are, because they are realized by excellent wisdom, are proclaimed as the other's things. Or, because they transcend samsara, they are called the other's things, which are the ultimate limit and suchness. Their emptiness of self-nature is the emptiness of the other's things. From the way of the Perfection of Wisdom, those are proclaimed as such. From the sutra of the Perfection of Wisdom, the sixteen emptinesses along with the extensive explanation, and the four condensed emptinesses, those are proclaimed in the way described above. Concluding with praising virtues. Then, in order to conclude by praising the virtues of the Bodhisattva who abides therein, it is explained. Thus, illuminated by the rays of wisdom, one's own
