Explanation of Chapter Two. Explanation of Chapter Two. Secondly, as a means of abandoning inverted happiness, meditating on the body as suffering is divided into two parts: the actual meditation on suffering and the explanation of the need for argumentation. The first part is divided into two parts: the body suffering by its own nature and the general characteristic of showing suffering. The first part is divided into two parts: a brief explanation and a detailed explanation. The first part is: Noble ones who are skilled in properly and truly discerning the nature of things individually see the body as an enemy, only as a source of suffering. Because of the inner nature, due to the causes and conditions of imbalance of the elements, four hundred and four diseases arise; and the many sufferings arising from the contact of external mosquitoes, lice, poisonous snakes, etc. If one encounters causes and conditions such as illness, suffering arises, so it is easy to be attacked. No matter how much one cares for it with food and clothing, there is no certainty, so it is difficult to serve. The second part is divided into two parts: abandoning contempt for the body and abandoning excessive attachment. The first part is: If this is the case, the body should not be cared for, because it is placed on the side of the enemy. If this is the case, although it is so, even so, this body should be protected because it is necessary. In this way, a body with morality living for a long time, from it every day, great merit such as morality, samadhi, and wisdom increases. Or, the first argument makes the mind sad with the words of impermanence, and despises the body, thinking, what is the use of this thing that leads to non-meaning? In order to abandon this contempt, it is said, "Although the body is seen as an enemy," and so on. The second part is divided into two parts: a brief explanation of abandoning attachment and determining by refutation. The first part is: If the body is to be protected, then should one be close to it? The suffering of people's hunger and thirst, etc., whatever arises slightly, arises from the body itself. And the happiness of being satisfied with food and drink, etc., whatever arises slightly, all arises from other external causes and conditions. Therefore, why do you respectfully serve this belly that has become a vessel of suffering? Therefore, how to live

The land that is just right, where merit increases and evil does not arise, should be sown. Second, showing that suffering is powerful, showing that happiness is weak. First, if it is said that suffering arises only from the body, but can be cured later, so it is weak, and for the sake of most happiness, one is not afraid of it at all. Then, one should fear suffering. For example, when Lhasbyin is sitting on a soft cushion, enjoying the pleasure of using pleasant objects such as form and sound, the bite of a long-billed mosquito will make him disregard all pleasures and become weary of suffering. Therefore, if people experience suffering as very powerful, and happiness does not occur very often, then, would one think that the great suffering that cannot be overwhelmed by happiness is small? One should not think so. Because happiness is overwhelmed by suffering and is itself small. Although all beings in the world tend to seek happiness and flee from suffering, happiness is difficult to obtain because it cannot be realized on the body of the nature of suffering. Because the expectation of happiness leads to the proximate cause of suffering, etc. Because it is so, even if beings flee from this momentary destruction and impermanent suffering, suffering will follow like a shadow following a person. For this reason also, it is so, for example, suffering is always near, and there is no need to strive for it, it can be obtained by desire alone. Where can happiness be obtained by desire alone? Because on the body of the nature of suffering, happiness is very rare. Therefore, happiness is not obtained by desire as suffering is, it depends on other causes such as food and drink. Even so, worldly person, why do you respect the extremely rare happiness so much, but why are you not afraid of the abundant suffering that can be easily obtained by desire alone? Because the expectation of a little happiness is the cause of suffering, so one should abandon attachment to it. How to abandon it? For the sake of happiness,
