The five instructions for transforming activities into awakening: Tummo, illusory body, dream yoga, luminosity, and transference of consciousness: First, Tummo (Tibetan: གཏུམ་མོ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: , Literal meaning: Fierce Woman) self-ignites between above and below, the illusory body (Tibetan: སྒྱུ་ལུས་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: , Literal meaning: Illusion Body) makes the eight worldly dharmas self-liberate, dream yoga (Tibetan: རྨི་ལམ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: , Literal meaning: Dream) makes illusions self-clear, luminosity (Tibetan: འོད་གསལ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: , Literal meaning: Clear Light) makes the darkness of ignorance self-eliminate, transference of consciousness (Tibetan: འཕོ་བ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: , Literal meaning: Transfer) is alchemy, and entering a corpse (Tibetan: གྲོང་འཇུག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: , Literal meaning: Entering a City) is like a snake shedding its skin, as well as the giving and taking of light. First, transform the above into self-born wisdom, demonstrating the operation of the upper wind. Transform the below into the arising of subjugation and stainless great bliss, extracting the essence of the lower gate. Transform the middle into the self-born rotation of afflictions, cutting off the root of death, the channels, and the wind, demonstrating the binding of the channels and wind. These three include: the distinction of outer Tummo, the key points of posture; the distinction of inner Tummo, the key points of wind; the distinction of secret Tummo, the key points of contemplation instructions; and the distinction of ultimate Tummo, the key points of sleep Tummo's bindu. Second, regulate the faults of the wind, subdue the male wind through fierce life-sustaining wind, regulate the female wind through gentle fundamental wind yoga, and recite the vajra recitation through the continuous mother vajra neutral wind. Third, secret Tummo, outwardly visualize the empty form of the deity, inwardly visualize the emptiness of the dhūti channel, secretly visualize the indestructible bindu of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: Seed Syllable) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Seed Syllable). Fourth, ultimate Tummo, explanation of the key points of the bindu: actual burning and dripping, practicing the body, eliminating obstacles. Second, the illusory body makes the eight dharmas self-liberate, transforming the inferior into श्रेष्ठ like alchemy, recognizing wisdom by projecting the images of the sun and moon with light, treating the eight dharmas such as greed and hatred equally, liberating the bonds after equality, and eliminating the faults of the mind. Third, dream yoga makes illusions self-clear, grasping the night with the hook of mindfulness, purifying through awakening, and blessing as the illusion of activity. First, grasping with the hook of mindfulness of the yidam, grasping with the hook of mindfulness of the guru, grasping with the hook of mindfulness of appearances. Second, purifying through the combination of forgetting and awakening the sun and moon, expanding what has been completed, transforming, illusionizing, and eliminating obstacles. Third, blessing as an illusion through activity, including three aspects: being skilled in pure illusion, and contemplating that all appearances are emptiness. Fourth, luminosity makes the darkness of ignorance self-eliminate, on the key special point, entering sleep through dreamlessness, mixing the mother and child luminosity through samadhi, and transforming the path into language. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
