Meditation, recitation, etc., fulfill the commitment to all harmonious vows. Brother and sister, you and all vow-holders, although extremely compassionate, are not skilled, and the vows of proper accomplishment have been violated. Tonight, I fulfill and confess, vow-holders! After fulfilling and confessing in this way, may all desired meanings be accomplished without remainder, and especially for us, whatever actions of evil intent others have initiated, may they be turned back and averted to the enemies and obstacles themselves. Then, sprinkle the torma offering with alcohol and divide it into five parts. Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ). This vast gathering offering is offered to the root and lineage lamas, the deities of the mandala, and Mahākāla (Great Black One) and his retinue, the Glorious Smoky Offering and its retinue, the Protector (mgon po) retinue of ministers and subjects, the Great Pervader (khyab 'jug chen po) and his retinue, the Field-Protecting Lion-Faced (zhing skyong seng gdong) parents, the Five Long-Life Sisters (tshe ring mched lnga) and their retinue, Vajra Turquoise (rdo rje g.yu sgron) Glorious Goddess, the Landlord Virtuous Friend brothers, etc., offered to the assembly of vow-holders like the ocean. The light of the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable invites the amṛta of the nature of the five wisdoms, mixed into one taste. To Char Marpo (Red Offering), and Smoyokai Lutsen Dorje Nayonma (Mad-Mouth Dragon King Vajra Nose-Tip Woman), etc., all the Dharma protectors bound by the command and oath of the glorious Drukpa Kagyu lineage, and all the local deities and land-owners, I offer this Torma (food offering)! May you be extremely pleased and extremely satisfied! Today, I beseech you to protect me from all unfavorable circumstances, and grant me the supreme accomplishment of fulfilling all favorable conditions as desired!' Thus recite. Visualize the Torma being joyfully consumed. After enjoying the Tsok (gathering feast), collect the leftovers, recite the Kachru (mantra): Om Utsishta Kshva Bhalinta Bhakshah Svaha (藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ उच्छिष्ट-क्ष्व-भलिन्त-भक्षः स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ucchiṣṭa-kṣva-bhilinta-bhakṣaḥ svāhā，Literal meaning: Om, leftovers, eat, offering, eat, Svaha), and discard it. Then, merge the indivisible Samaya-Jnana (Vow-Wisdom) into the Vajra Kilaya (Dorje Phurba). Ring the bell. By this merit, may I quickly attain the Dharma protectors and guardian deities, and may all beings, without exception, be placed in their realm. To protect the teachings of the Buddhas of the three times, possessing a terrifying and unbearable wrathful form, cutting off the four maras with fierce power, may the auspiciousness of the Dharma protector known as Raven bring blessings! The guardian deity Mamo (Protective Mother Goddess) of the profound tantras, with one face and four arms, accomplishing the four activities, possessing miraculous powers, cutting off enemies and obstacles, may the auspiciousness of the blood-drinking black ash goddess bring blessings! In the presence of the Bhagavan (Shakyamuni Buddha), having promised to protect practitioners like children, may the auspiciousness of the Dharma protectors and guardian deities bring blessings! Sakya protector Tsewang Sonam Palphel (Long Life, Freedom, Merit, Increase), born as a protector of the Victorious One's teachings, in memory of him, with the name of the white lotus, raise the banner of fame.
