་ཀྱི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་གང་ལགས་པའི། །བཀྲ་ཤིས་དམ་པས་ཤིས་པ་བརྗོད་པར་བགྱི།། ཞེས་སློབ་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དཔྲལ་བར་ལི་ཁྲིའི་གཡུང་དྲུང་རིས་སམ་ཚོམ་བུ་བཀོད། བཀྲ་ཤིས་པའི་ རྫས་བརྒྱད་མདུན་དུ་བདར། ཚེ་མི་འགྱུར་བ་གཡུང་དྲུང་ལྟ་བུར་གྱུར་ཅིག ཅེས་སོགས་དང་། བགེགས་རིགས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་ཅུ་ཞི་བ་དང་། །ལོ་བརྒྱ་ཐུབ་ཅིང་དང་། པདྨ་ཉི་མ་འཇིགས་བྱེད་དུས་མཚན་མནན། ཞེས་དང་། དུས་གསུམ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་གྱི་བསྟན་བསྲུང་ཕྱིར།། ཞེས་དང་། མི་འགྱུར་ལྷུན་པོ་སོགས་ཀྱི་ཤིས་པ་བརྗོད་ཚོགས་ལ་གཞུང་བཞིན་རོལ། རྗེས་ཆོག་ནི། མཆོད་བསྟོད་བསྡུས་པ་བྱས། དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ལྷ་བདག་ཉིད་ལ་བསྟིམ། 18-319 དགེ་བ་འདི་ཡིས་མྱུར་དུ་བདག །འཆི་བ་མེད་པའི་ཚེ་འགྲུབ་ནས། །འགྲོ་བ་གཅིག་ཀྱང་མ་ལུས་པར། །དེ་ཡི་ས་ལ་འགོད་པར་ཤོག། ཅེས་བསྔོ་བ་བྱའོ། །བསྒྲུབ་པའི་ཚེ། དཔལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མགོན་ པོ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་གྱིས་དངོས་སུ་ཚེའི་མཆོག་སྟེར་བ་དང་། གཏོར་མ་སྔར་བས་བཀྲག་ཆེ་ཞིང་བདུད་རྩིའི་རོར་འགྱུར། ཚེ་ཆང་དང་བུམ་པ་ཁོལ་ཞིང་ལུད་པ་དང་། ཚེའི་རིལ་བུ་མང་དུ་འཕེལ་བར་འགྱུར་ རོ། །ངག་དབང་འཇམ་པའི་དབྱངས་དང་གཅིག་གྱུར་པའི། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཐོབ་དེ་ཡིས། །ཟབ་རྒྱས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་བརྒྱ་འབྱེད་པ་ལ། །པད་དཀར་བློ་ནི་ནམ་ཡང་ཐོགས་པ་མིན། །ཞེས་དཔལ་ཡེ་ ཤེས་མགོན་པོའི་ཚེ་དབང་གི་ཆོ་ག བླ་མ་དང་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པའི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱི་འཕོ་བ་ཐོབ་པའི། རིག་པ་འཛིན་པ་པདྨ་དཀར་པོས་བླ་མ་རྡོ་རྗེ་གདན་པའི་ མན་ངག་བཞིན་དུ་ལྷོ་བྲག་མཁར་ཆུར་སྦྱར་བའི་ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་བཱིཪྻ་བྷ་དྲའོ། །མངྒ་ལཾ།། །།

吉祥为何？以殊胜吉祥，祈愿吉祥！如此，于诸弟子额头绘吉祥‘雍仲’（藏文：གཡུང་དྲུང་，象征永恒不变）图或吉祥图案，陈设八吉祥物于前方，愿寿命如永恒‘雍仲’（藏文：གཡུང་དྲུང་）般不变！等等。息灭八万魔障，享百岁高龄。莲花、太阳、怖畏金刚镇压时辰。为守护三世诸佛之教法。如不变须弥山等吉祥祝愿，如仪轨般进行。后行仪轨：作简略供养赞颂，将坛城本尊融入自身。 以此功德愿我速疾，成就无死寿命，一切众生无一遗漏，皆安置于彼果位。如此回向。修持之时，吉祥智慧怙主（梵文：श्री हेरुक，Śrī Heruka，吉祥黑汝迦）父母真实赐予殊胜长寿，朵玛（梵文：Torma，供品）比先前更加光彩夺目，化为甘露之味，长寿酒与宝瓶沸腾，涌出泡沫，长寿丸大量增生。 与语自在妙音（藏文：ངག་དབང་འཇམ་པའི་དབྱངས་）合一之，法王加持获得故，开启深广佛法百门时，白莲之心永不滞。吉祥智慧怙主长寿灌顶仪轨，由与上师无二无别的黑汝迦（梵文：Heruka，黑汝迦）亲自赐予加持之传承持有者，持明莲花白，依上师金刚座之口诀，于洛扎卡曲（藏文：ལྷོ་བྲག་མཁར་ཆུར）所著。书写者为 वीरयभद्र（藏文，梵文天城体，Vīryabhadra，勇贤）。吉祥圆满！

What is auspiciousness? With supreme auspiciousness, may auspiciousness be spoken! Thus, on the foreheads of the disciples, draw the auspicious 'Yungdrung' (Tibetan: གཡུང་དྲུང་, symbolizing eternity) symbol or auspicious patterns, arrange the eight auspicious symbols in front, may life be as unchanging as the eternal 'Yungdrung' (Tibetan: གཡུང་དྲུང་)! And so on. Pacify the eighty thousand kinds of obstacles, and live to be a hundred years old. Lotus, sun, Vajrakila (Tibetan: འཇིགས་བྱེད) subdue the time. To protect the teachings of all Buddhas of the three times. Like the unchanging Mount Meru, etc., auspicious wishes are spoken, and performed according to the tradition. Subsequent rituals: Make brief offerings and praises, and dissolve the deities of the mandala into oneself. By this merit, may I quickly attain the deathless life, and without exception, place all beings on that ground. Thus dedicate. During the practice, may the glorious wisdom lord (Sanskrit: श्री हेरुक, Śrī Heruka, Glorious Heruka) father and mother actually bestow the supreme longevity, the Torma (Sanskrit: Torma, offering cake) becomes more radiant than before, and transforms into the taste of nectar, the longevity wine and vase boil and foam, and the longevity pills increase greatly. United with Ngawang Jampelyang (Tibetan: ངག་དབང་འཇམ་པའི་དབྱངས་), by the blessings of the Dharma King, when opening the hundred doors of the profound and vast Dharma, the white lotus mind is never obstructed. The longevity empowerment ritual of the Glorious Wisdom Protector, by the Heruka (Sanskrit: Heruka, Heruka) himself, inseparable from the Guru, the holder of the transmission of blessings, the Vidyadhara Pema Karpo (Tibetan: པདྨ་དཀར་པོ), according to the oral instructions of the Guru Vajrasana, written in Lhodrak Kharchu (Tibetan: ལྷོ་བྲག་མཁར་ཆུར).
