Thinking that they have manifested, offer with Shri Vajra Heruka Argham etc. Jah Hum Bam Hoh, mix the wisdom being and the samaya being without separation. Again, from the light of the heart, invite the initiation deities with three seats complete. The initiation deities became the crown ornaments. Imagining that the offering clouds emanating from the heart of the self-generation are endless, offer with joy: 'Hum, the infinite Buddha fields, pervading all, flowers, incense, lamps, scented water and food, music, delightful offering clouds. Offered to the protector Vajrabhairava and retinue. Infinitely beautiful, never tiring to look at, youthful maiden, the vajra of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, holding the gestures of coquetry, pervading the sky. Offered to the protector, the nature of uncontaminated wisdom nectar, the substances playing in the form of five lamps, like an inexhaustible swirling ocean, to the protector...' Offer in this way. Praise with eight verses. Visualize the deity in front. Subjugate all obstructing forces, and bring all gods, demons, and the eight classes under control. Entreat them to offer all the essences that can prolong the life of all beings in the world. Visualize merging the deities in the vase and kapala (skull cup) into oneself, and recite the appropriate seventeen-syllable mantra. Cast one hundred and eight offerings into the blood taken with a demon claw. Finally, as described in the empowerment ritual, urge with 'Hum. Peaceful White One, Mother of the Body,' etc., and focus on that. After Om Amara Ni Ji, after the Kalaya of the seventeen-syllable mantra, add Ayu Bhrum Ayu Ja Ja, and recite one hundred thousand times. Finally, think that the deities of the vase and the kapala of longevity wine dissolve into light, transforming into immortal nectar. Then, purify the torma with Svabhava. Bless it in front with Yam, etc. After the seventeen-syllable mantra, add Pariware Idam Balimta Kha Kha Khahi Khahi, and offer twenty-one tormas, requesting the desired purpose. Finally, perform a condensed offering and praise. Next, the longevity empowerment ritual that both oneself and others can enter will be explained. It consists of three parts: dispelling obstacles, bestowing longevity, and reciting auspicious prayers. First, bathe, offer a mandala, and recite prayers such as 'Great Bliss, you are my teacher.' In front of the clear visualization of the guru as the four-armed White Protector, recite 'I take refuge in the Three Jewels,' etc., and take vows. Dispelling Obstacles: Then, clearly visualize all the deities of the mandala in front, especially with unwavering devotion to the guru and the main deity of the mandala. Recite: 'Embodiment of all Buddhas, may the teacher remember me! Before the great subjugator, I pray with devotion! Fierce Wrathful One, please protect me! Vanquish the armies of demons, help me attain victory!' Recite three times to pray. Then, visualize the tip of one's own heart pointing upwards, at the boundary between black and white, there is a black Mam seed syllable (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思).
