Blessing. From the throat of the Empowerment Deity (Wangten Gönpo) emanates immeasurable red light from the ĀḤ (藏文，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：Ah). It enters the throats of all Buddhas, and all blessings of speech are gathered in the form of the letter ĀḤ (藏文，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：Ah), dissolving into your throats. Obtain the empowerment of speech. Speech becomes immortal. Sealed with the letter ĀḤ (藏文，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：Ah). From the heart of the Empowerment Deity emanates immeasurable blue light from the HŪṂ (藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum). It enters the hearts of all Buddhas, and all blessings of mind are gathered in the form of the letter HŪṂ (藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum), dissolving into your hearts. Obtain the empowerment of wisdom. Mind becomes immortal. Sealed with the letter HŪṂ (藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum). From the three places of the Empowerment Deity emanate various lights. They enter from the three places of all Buddhas. All the blessings of the indivisible wisdom of body, speech, and mind are gathered in the form of the three letters, dissolving into your three places. Obtain the fourth empowerment. Generate the faith of obtaining the immortal life of the nature of the four bodies and five wisdoms, and perform the empowerment. May the unchanging, solid body be auspicious!' Say this. Finally, the Empowerment Deity dissolves into light and dissolves into you, generate the faith that the Protector Amitayus (Tsepakmé) and body, speech, mind, and wisdom are non-dual, and perform the empowerment. The Lord who guides the world, Amitayus! Say these auspicious words. Give longevity pills and longevity wine, and offer a mandala. If performing a hundred longevity empowerments, it is the same up to the generation of the Empowerment Deity. From that, light emanates. Your life, which has been robbed and diminished and hidden by obstructing spirits, and which can be prolonged by relying on the four elements, and the life and merit of all sentient beings, and the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are gathered and dissolve into the vase. It transforms into longevity nectar and boils. The trickling nectar enters from your Brahma apertures, filling your entire body, generate the faith of restoring the diminished life and increasing it again, and perform the empowerment until saying the auspicious words as before. If performing the Hayagriva union longevity practice, accomplish the self-generation of Hayagriva and the vase in front as before. After the self-generation, also practice the front generation of Amitayus, recite the invocation, and make a special supplication to Hayagriva. Take vows, and grant the subsequent permission of Hayagriva. Then, visualize the Lama as Hayagriva, thinking of receiving the longevity empowerment as Amitayus, and repeat the following --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

全知智慧聚尊前，三次之后赐予长寿灌顶。若欲求咒语灌顶，观想上师为无量寿佛，从其心间发出咒鬘。 你们观想自己从无量寿佛的口中进入，于心间种子字（藏文：ས་བོན་，梵文天城体：बीज，梵文罗马拟音：bīja，汉语字面意思：种子）周围安住。念诵两次咒语之后重复三次。念诵‘薄伽梵于此’，以及‘薄伽梵我’。以白莲花合掌。

Before the omniscient wisdom aggregate, longevity empowerment is bestowed after three times. If you desire mantra empowerment, visualize the master as Amitayus (Tshe dpag med pa) and from his heart emanates a rosary of mantras. Visualize yourselves entering from the mouth of Amitayus, abiding around the seed syllable (藏文：ས་བོན་，梵文天城体：बीज，梵文罗马拟音：bīja，汉语字面意思：seed) at the heart. After reciting the two mantras, repeat them three times. Say 'Bhagavan here' and 'Bhagavan I'.
