གོང་བཞིན་གྱིས་ལྷར་བསྐྱེད། བླ་མ་ལ་མོས་གུས་བྱས་པས་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས། གཏོར་མའི་ལྷ་ལ་ཕོག ཐུགས་རྒྱུད་བསྐུལ། དེ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས་པས་སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྐུའི་བྱིན་རླབས་མ་ལུས་པ་ཁྲོ་བོའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྟ་མགྲིན་གྱི་སྐུའི་རྣམ་པར་ཆེ་བ་རི་ རབ་ཙམ། ཆུང་བ་ཡུངས་འབྲུ་ཙམ་སྟེང་ནས་ཁ་བ་བབས་པ་ལྟ་བུ། འོག་ནས་ས་རླངས་འཐོན་པ་ལྟ་བུ། བར་ནས་བུ་ཡུག་འཚུབ་པ་ལྟ་བུར་བྱོན་ནས་ཁྱོད་རང་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལུས་ལ་སིབ་ སིབ་ཐིམ་པའི་མོས་པ་གྱིས་བྱས་ལ་གཏོར་མས་དབང་བསྐུར་སྙིང་པོ་བརྗོད། སྐུའི་རྗེས་གནང་ངོ་།། ྾སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་གསུང་གི་བྱིན་རླབས་མ་ལུས་པ་གཟུངས་སྔགས་ཡིག་འབྲུའི་རྣམ་པར་ངག་ ལ་སིབ་སིབ་ཐིམ་པའི་མོས་པ་གྱིས་བྱས་མགྲིན་པར་བསྐུར། གསུང་གི་རྗེས་གནང་ངོ་།། ྾ཐུགས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་རླབས་མ་ལུས་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་དབྱུག་ཐོ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཕྱག་མཚན་གྱི་རྣམ་པར྾ ཡིད་ལ་སིབ་སིབ་ཐིམ་པའི་མོས་པ་གྱིས་བྱས་སྙིང་གར་བསྐུར། 16-368 ཐུགས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་གནང་ངོ་།། མཐར་གཏོར་མའི་ལྷ་འོད་དུ་ཞུ་ནས་ཁྱོད་རང་རྣམས་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་ནད་གདོན་བགེགས་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་བར་དུ་གཅོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐུལ་ཐུལ་ཚིག་ནས་ཁྲོ་བོའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྟ་མགྲིན་ དང་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པར་གྱུར། ཅེས་སླར་སྤྱི་བོར་བསྐུར་རོ། །གལ་ཏེ་སྔགས་ཀྱི་དབང་འདོད་ན། སློབ་དཔོན་རྟ་མགྲིན་དུ་གསལ་བའི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་སྔགས་འཕྲེང་བྱུ་རུའི་འཕྲེང་བ་ལྟ་བུར་ཐོན། ཁྱེད་རང་ རྣམས་རྟ་མགྲིན་དུ་གསལ་བའི་ཞལ་དུ་ཞུགས་པའི་མོས་པ་གྱིས་བྱས་ལ་སྔགས་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་པ་བྱེད་དུ་བཅུག བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདི་ལ་སྩལ་ལགས་ཀྱི། །འདི་ལ་འགོ་བར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །ཞེས་ རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་བཅས་པའི་མེ་ཏོག་སྤྱི་བོར་བཞག སློབ་མས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་བདག་གིས་གཟུང་ལགས་ཀྱི། །བདག་ལ་འགོ་བར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ།། ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་བརྗོད། དབང་ཟིན་ནས་གཏོར་མའི་ཟན་སློབ་མ་ལ་སྦྱིན་ ནོ། །རང་ཉིད་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཚེ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པར་གསལ་བའི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཟླ་བ་ལ་གནས་པའི་ཧྲཱིཿལས་འོད་འཕྲོས། བླ་མ་དང་ཚེ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚོགས་ ཀྱི་བསྐོར་བ་མདུན་གྱི་ནམ་མཁར་བཛྭ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ ཨོཾ་ཨརྒྷཾ་པྲ་ཏིཙྪ་ཧཱུཾ། དེ་བཞིན་དུ། པཱ་དྱཾ། པུཥྤེ། དྷཱུ་པེ། ཨཱ་ལོ་ཀེ གནྡྷེ། ནཻ་ཝིདྱ། ཤཔྟས་མཆོད། དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་བདག་སྐྱབས་མཆི།། སོགས་ལན་གསུམ་གྱིས་བདུན་རྣམ་དག་བྱ། 16-369 བཛྭ་མུཿཚོགས་ཞིང་རང་ལ་བསྡུ། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེ་བ་དང་བདེ་བའི་རྒྱུ་དང་ལྡན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སོགས་ཚད་མེད་བཞི་བསྒོམ། ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་བརྗོད། སྟོང་པའི་ངང་ལས་པདྨ་དང་ཟླ་བའི་ གདན་ལ་ཧྲཱིཿདམར་པོ་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པའི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཚེ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ

如前一般，观想本尊生起。由于对上师的虔诚，从心间放射出光芒。 光芒触及朵玛（供品）之神，激发其智慧。由此光芒放射，所有佛菩萨身之加持，无余地化为马头明王（Hayagriva）之身相，大如须弥山，小如芥子，如从上方降雪，如从下方升腾地气，如中间狂风呼啸般降临，融入你们的身中。如此观想后，以朵玛灌顶，念诵心咒，是为身之随许。 所有佛菩萨语之加持，无余地化为咒语字形，融入语中。如此观想后，于喉间灌顶，是为语之随许。 所有佛菩萨意之加持，无余地化为金刚杵等法器之形，融入意中。如此观想后，于心间灌顶，是为意之随许。 最后，朵玛之神化为光芒，融入你们之中，所有疾病、邪魔、障碍、罪恶、遮障皆被焚毁，与马头明王无二无别。再次于头顶灌顶。 若欲求咒语之灌顶，观想上师为马头明王，从其心间发出如红珊瑚念珠般的咒语之链，进入你们观想为马头明王的口中。如此观想后，持诵咒语一百零八遍。献上金刚和花朵于头顶，说道：‘祈请世尊赐予此灌顶，祈请开始。’ 弟子回答三次：‘世尊，我将领受，祈请开始。’灌顶完毕后，将朵玛的食物给予弟子。 观想自己为无量寿佛（Amitayus），于心间月轮上，红色种子字（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ， 汉语字面意思：啥）放射光芒。上师和无量寿佛被诸佛菩萨围绕，于前方虚空中，念诵：བཛྭ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：वज्रसमाजा，梵文罗马拟音：vajrasamāja，汉语字面意思：金刚萨玛札），ཨོཾ་ཨརྒྷཾ་པྲ་ཏིཙྪ་ཧཱུཾ།（藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ अर्घं प्रतीच्छ हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ arghaṃ pratīccha hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，领受供品吽），如是，པཱ་དྱཾ།（藏文，梵文天城体：पाद्यं，梵文罗马拟音：pādyaṃ，汉语字面意思：足水），པུཥྤེ།（藏文，梵文天城体：पुष्पे，梵文罗马拟音：puṣpe，汉语字面意思：花），དྷཱུ་པེ།（藏文，梵文天城体：धूपे，梵文罗马拟音：dhūpe，汉语字面意思：香），ཨཱ་ལོ་ཀེ（藏文，梵文天城体：आलोके，梵文罗马拟音：āloke，汉语字面意思：光），གནྡྷེ།（藏文，梵文天城体：गन्धे，梵文罗马拟音：gandhe，汉语字面意思：香），ནཻ་ཝིདྱ།（藏文，梵文天城体：नैविद्य，梵文罗马拟音：naividya，汉语字面意思：食物），ཤཔྟས་མཆོད།（藏文，梵文天城体：शब्द，梵文罗马拟音：śabda，汉语字面意思：声音），供养。皈依三宝等念诵三次，行七支供。 བཛྭ་མུཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：वज्रमु，梵文罗马拟音：vajramu，汉语字面意思：金刚），将福田（功德田）收摄于自身。观想四无量心：愿一切众生具乐及乐因等。念诵：ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་（藏文，梵文天城体：ओंसवभाव，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svabhāva，汉语字面意思：嗡，自性），从空性中，于莲花和月亮座垫上，红色种子字（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ， 汉语字面意思：啥）完全转变为无量寿佛。
English
As before, visualize the deity arising. Due to devotion to the lama, light radiates from the heart. The light strikes the Torma (offering) deity, stimulating its wisdom. From this light radiates, all the blessings of the body of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, without exception, transform into the form of Hayagriva (Horse-necked King), as large as Mount Sumeru, as small as a mustard seed, like snow falling from above, like earth vapor rising from below, like a blizzard raging in between, descending and dissolving into your bodies. After this visualization, empower with the Torma, recite the heart mantra, this is the subsequent permission of the body. All the blessings of the speech of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, without exception, transform into the form of mantra syllables, dissolving into the speech. After this visualization, empower at the throat, this is the subsequent permission of the speech. All the blessings of the mind of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, without exception, transform into the form of vajra scepters and other hand implements, dissolving into the mind. After this visualization, empower at the heart, this is the subsequent permission of the mind. Finally, the Torma deity transforms into light, dissolving into you, all diseases, demons, obstacles, sins, and obscurations are burned away, becoming inseparable from Hayagriva. Again, empower at the crown of the head. If you desire the mantra empowerment, visualize the lama as Hayagriva, from his heart emanates a chain of mantras like a red coral rosary, entering your mouths, which you visualize as Hayagriva. After this visualization, recite the mantra one hundred and eight times. Offer the vajra and flowers on the crown of the head, saying: 'Please, Bhagavan, grant this empowerment, please begin.' The disciple answers three times: 'Bhagavan, I will receive, please begin.' After the empowerment is complete, give the Torma food to the disciple. Visualize yourself as the Bhagavan Amitayus (Immeasurable Life Buddha), on the moon disc at the heart, from the red seed syllable （藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ， 汉语字面意思：啥）radiates light. The lama and Amitayus are surrounded by a gathering of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, in the space in front, recite: བཛྭ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：वज्रसमाजा，梵文罗马拟音：vajrasamāja，汉语字面意思：Vajrasamaja）, ཨོཾ་ཨརྒྷཾ་པྲ་ཏིཙྪ་ཧཱུཾ།（藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ अर्घं प्रतीच्छ हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ arghaṃ pratīccha hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, receive the offering Hum）, likewise, པཱ་དྱཾ།（藏文，梵文天城体：पाद्यं，梵文罗马拟音：pādyaṃ，汉语字面意思：Foot bath）, པུཥྤེ།（藏文，梵文天城体：पुष्पे，梵文罗马拟音：puṣpe，汉语字面意思：Flower）, དྷཱུ་པེ།（藏文，梵文天城体：धूपे，梵文罗马拟音：dhūpe，汉语字面意思：Incense）, ཨཱ་ལོ་ཀེ（藏文，梵文天城体：आलोके，梵文罗马拟音：āloke，汉语字面意思：Light）, གནྡྷེ།（藏文，梵文天城体：गन्धे，梵文罗马拟音：gandhe，汉语字面意思：Scent）, ནཻ་ཝིདྱ།（藏文，梵文天城体：नैविद्य，梵文罗马拟音：naividya，汉语字面意思：Food）, ཤཔྟས་མཆོད།（藏文，梵文天城体：शब्द，梵文罗马拟音：śabda，汉语字面意思：Sound）, offer. Take refuge in the Three Jewels, etc., recite three times, perform the seven-branch offering. བཛྭ་མུཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：वज्रमु，梵文罗马拟音：vajramu，汉语字面意思：Vajramu）, gather the field of merit into oneself. Meditate on the four immeasurables: May all sentient beings have happiness and the causes of happiness, etc. Recite: ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་（藏文，梵文天城体：ओंसवभाव，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svabhāva，汉语字面意思：Om Svabhava）, from emptiness, on a lotus and moon seat, the red seed syllable （藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ， 汉语字面意思：Hrih）completely transforms into the Bhagavan Amitayus. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
