།ཡིད་བཞིན་འཁོར་ལོའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །བདག་དང་སྐྱེ་དགུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ། ། 12-34 འཇིགས་པ་ཀུན་ལས་རབ་གྲོལ་ཞིང་། །ཕན་དང་བདེ་བ་རབ་འཕེལ་བས། །འདོད་དོན་ཀུན་འགྲུབ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །འཇིགས་པ་ཀུན་ལས་ཐར་བ་དང་། །ཐུན་མོང་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྣ་ཚོགས་པ། །བདེ་བླག་ཉིད་དུ་འགྲུབ་ གྱུར་སྟེ། །རང་གཞན་རྣམས་ལ་ཕན་བྱེད་ཤོག །ཅེས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་སྨོན་ལམ་རྒྱས་བསྡུས་ཅི་རིགས་པར་བྱའོ།། །། རྗེ་བཙུན་ཡིད་བཞིན་འཁོར་ལོའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་འཆི་མེད་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཀྱི་འདོད་འཇོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འདི་ཉིད་ ཆོས་མཆོག་རྒྱལ་པོ་དང་ནོར་བུ་རབ་འཕེལ་གྱིས་བསྐུལ་བའི་ངོར། རང་གཞན་འཇུག་པ་བདེ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དུ། །སྤྱན་སྔ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་བཞི་པ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་གྲགས་པ་ཡེ་ཤེས་དཔལ་བཟང་པོ་དང་། ཡོངས་ འཛིན་དམ་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་ཆེན་པོ་ངག་གི་དབང་པོས་མཛད་པ་ལས་ཉུང་ངུར་བསྡུས་ཏེ། ངག་དབང་ནོར་བུས་གདན་ས་ཆེན་པོ་ར་ལུང་ཐེལ་གྱི་ཀུན་དགའ་ར་བར་སྦྱར་བའི་ཡི་གེ་པ་ ནི་བླ་མ་རྒྱ་མཚོས་བགྱིས་པ་འདིས་ཀྱང་། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་དུས་མ་ཡིན་པར་འཆི་བའི་འཇིགས་པ་དང་བྲལ་ནས་རྣམ་མཁྱེན་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། །།

愿如意轮吉祥！愿我和一切众生， 从一切怖畏中彻底解脱，利益和安乐不断增长，愿一切愿望都实现，吉祥如意！ 愿从一切怖畏中解脱，各种共同成就， 轻而易举地成就，利益自他！ 如是，应作广略适宜的吉祥祈愿。 这部名为《至尊如意轮之修法——赐予不死成就之如意宝》的仪轨， 是应却乔嘉波（Chos mchog rgyal po，法胜王）和诺布饶培（Nor bu rab 'phel，宝增）的请求，为了自他易于修持而作。 由第四世遍知一切的恰察钦波（spyan snga thams cad mkhyen pa，尊者一切智者）曲吉扎巴（Chos kyi grags pa，法称）耶谢华桑波（ye shes dpal bzang po，智吉祥贤），以及永增丹巴（yongs 'dzin dam pa，持律上师）多杰羌钦波（rdo rje 'chang chen po，大金刚持）阿旺（Ngag gi dbang po，语自在）所著之基础上略作删减。 由阿旺诺布（Ngag dbang nor bu，语自在宝）于大寺绕隆特（Ra lung thel，惹龙寺）的衮噶拉瓦（kun dga' ra ba，普喜苑）编纂，书写者为喇嘛嘉措（bla ma rgya mtshos，上师海）。愿以此功德，一切众生远离非时死亡的怖畏，获得遍知佛陀的果位！ 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（Sarwa Mangalam）！

May the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel be auspicious! May I and all beings, Be completely liberated from all fears, may benefit and happiness greatly increase, may all wishes be fulfilled, may it be auspicious! May we be liberated from all fears, and may various common siddhis, Be easily accomplished, benefiting ourselves and others! Thus, one should make auspicious prayers, whether extensive or concise, as appropriate. This practice of the esteemed Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, called 'The Wish-Granting Jewel of Immortal Accomplishment,' Was composed at the request of Chos mchog rgyal po (King of Dharma Supremacy) and Nor bu rab 'phel (Increasing Jewel), for the sake of easy practice for oneself and others. It is a concise compilation based on the works of the Fourth Omniscient Chyacha Chenpo (The Venerable Omniscient One), Chos kyi grags pa (Fame of Dharma) Yeshe Palsangpo (Excellent Glory of Wisdom), and Yongdzin Dampa (Holy Preceptor) Dorje Chang Chenpo (Great Vajradhara) Ngag gi dbang po (Lord of Speech). Compiled by Ngag dbang nor bu (Jewel of Speech Empowerment) at Kunga Rawa (Garden of All Joy) of the great monastery Ra lung thel (Ra lung thel), with Lama Gyatso (Ocean of Lamas) as the scribe. By this merit, may all sentient beings be free from the fear of untimely death and attain the state of omniscient Buddhahood!
