The one who holds the endless crown. The right hand bestows supreme blessings, relieving the hunger and thirst of pretas (hungry ghosts). The left hand is adorned with a golden lotus. The fragrant red and yellow braids of hair flutter. The face is full and beautiful, like the moon. The eyes are like lotuses, supremely good and wide. The complexion is like snow, purely white and immaculate. The one who holds a cluster of flawless, radiant pearls. Adorned with beautiful rays of dawn-red light. The hand is extended like a sea of lotuses. Possessing the color of autumn clouds and youthful. Both arms are adorned with many jewels. The palms are tender and smooth, like the finest leaves. The left breast is covered with a deerskin. The earrings and bracelets sway gracefully, bearing all ornaments. Abiding on the supreme, immaculate lotus. The navel is smooth like a lotus petal. Adorned with a golden belt set with precious gems. Wearing a fine linen wrap-around skirt with twisted corners. Having crossed to the far shore of the Buddha's supreme wisdom. Having accumulated many supreme merits. The source of constant bliss, dispelling old age and disease. Having accomplished the three extremes, demonstrating the conduct of a ḍākinī (sky-goer). The supreme among beings, victorious over the armies of Māra (the Evil One). The golden anklets make a delightful sound, the feet are pleasing. Having achieved solitude through the four Brahmavihāras (divine abodes). Walking like a graceful swan, proceeding with the majesty of an elephant. Having fully accumulated and cherishing the teachings. Delivering beings from the ocean of milk and the ocean of water. Whoever, whether man or woman, rises early in the morning with reverence, contemplates Avalokiteśvara (the Lord who looks down with compassion) in their mind, and recites these supreme praises purely and clearly, will accomplish all worldly and transcendental needs in this life and in all future lives. This concludes the yoga of the preliminary visualization, a branch of accumulating merit. Next is the yoga of recitation, which has three parts. First, focus on the seed syllable in the heart of the deity in front of you: Visualize a garland of one hundred and eight lotuses, strung on a thread spun by a pure maiden, and hold it in your heart. Recite twenty-one times: 'Oṃ Rucira Maṇi Pravardhanāya Svāhā' (藏文:ཨོཾ་རུ་ཙི་ར་མ་ཎི་པྲ་ཝརྡྷ་ནཱ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ rucira maṇi pravardhanāya svāhā,汉语字面意思:嗡,光明,宝,增长,梭哈) to bless it. Then, gather the five senses and the flow of breath inward, and visualize the syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥) on the moon in the heart of the deity in front of you, surrounded by the mantra Oṃ Maṇi Padme Hūṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡,嘛呢,呗美,吽), visualizing the sound of the mantra circling the lunar disc like a rosary. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
