Then, join the palms, raise the middle fingers, place the tips of the index fingers on the third segment, align the thumbs and place them close to that segment. Bend the ring fingers inward, join and extend the little fingers, forming the mudra of an unopened lotus. Avalokiteśvara came miraculously from the lotus seat, entered through the door, and sat on the lotus and moon seat in the center of the immeasurable palace.
