ཆོས་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ། །བསམ་པའི་ཐབས་དང་རྟོགས་པའི་སྟོབས་དག་གིས། །དོན་ཆེན་བསྒྲུབ་པའི་བྱ་བ་མ་གཏོགས་པ། །རྒྱལ་བའི་བཀའ་ལས་ནམ་ཡང་མི་འདའ་འོ། །ཐུན་མོང་ཁྱད་པར་དམ་ཚིག་སྡོམ་པ་ དང་། །འགལ་བར་གྱུར་པའི་ཉེས་པ་མ་ལུས་ཀུན། །མགོན་པོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་བདག་བཤགས་ན། །ཐུགས་རྗེའི་སྤྱན་གྱིས་བདག་ལ་གཟིགས་སུ་གསོལ། །སྐྱེས་མཆོག་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་བྱིན་བརླབས་ཀྱིས། །ལོག་པའི་བསམ་ པ་ནམ་ཡང་མི་འབྱུང་ཞིང་། །ཉོན་མོངས་རྟོག་པའི་ཚོགས་ཀུན་ཞི་ནས་ཀྱང་། །དཀར་པོའི་ཡོན་ཏན་གོང་དུ་འཕེལ་བར་ཤོག །བླ་མ་བསྟེན་ཅིང་དཀོན་མཆོག་མཆོད་པ་ལ། །མོས་གུས་ལྟེམ་ཀྱང་ནམ་ཡང་མི་ འབྱུང་ཞིང་། །ཐེག་མཆོག་ལམ་གྱི་སྒྲུབ་པ་བྱེད་པའི་ཚེ། །སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་ཡང་ལེ་ལོ་མེད་པར་ཤོག །བསྡུ་བ་བཞི་དང་ཞི་སོགས་ལས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། །སངས་རྒྱས་འཕྲིན་ལས་རྫོགས་པར་བྱེད་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། །སེམས་ཅན་ རྣམས་ཀྱི་བསམ་པའི་དོན་རྣམས་ཀུན། །དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་གིས་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་ལ་སྐྱོ་བ་མེད་པ་དང་། །ལུས་དང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དངོས་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ། །འཛིན་ཆགས་སེར་སྣ་ནམ་ཡང་མི་འབྱུང་ཞིང་། ། 10-174 ཟད་མི་ཤེས་པར་ཀུན་ལ་གཏོང་བར་ཤོག །དགེ་བ་འདི་ཡིས་མཁའ་མཉམ་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི། །སྡིག་དང་སྒྲིབ་པའི་ཚོགས་ཀུན་བྱང་གྱུར་ཏེ། །བསམ་པའི་དོན་ཀུན་ཡིད་བཞིན་འགྲུབ་གྱུར་ནས། །བླ་མེད་བྱང་ཆུབ་ མྱུར་དུ་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །བདག་བློ་གཏི་མུག་རྨོངས་པའི་དབང་གྱུར་ཏེ། ལེགས་སྤྱད་འདི་ལ་ཉེས་པར་གྱུར་པ་གང་། སྐྱེས་མཆོག་རིན་ཆེན་རྣམས་དང་དེ་ཡི་སྲས། བདག་ཉིད་ཆེན་པོ་ཁྱེད་ལ་བཟོད་པར་ གསོལ། ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེས་འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་ཀུན་མཛད། ཐུན་མོང་མཆོག་གི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བདག་ལ་སྩོལ། ཆོས་སྐུ་ཞི་བའི་ངང་དུ་གཤེགས་ནས་ཀྱང་། གཟུགས་སྐུ་འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་ལ་འབྱོན་པར་ཞུ།། ཉེས་བྱས་དྲི་ མའི་ཚོགས་ཀུན་བྱང་བ་དང་། །བསོད་ནམས་ཡོན་ཏན་སྤེལ་བར་འདོད་པ་དང་། །བདུད་དང་བར་ཆད་ཞི་བར་འདོད་པ་དང་། །བདག་གཞན་དོན་གཉིས་འགྲུབ་པར་འདོད་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། །བླ་མ་མཆོད་ཅིང་གསོལ་བ་གདབ་ པའི་ཐབས། །འདི་ཉིད་ནན་ཏན་མཆོག་ཏུ་བྱའོ་ཞེས། །རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་གིས་རྒྱ་ཆེར་གསུངས་པས་ན། །བློ་ལྡན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་འདི་ལ་འབད་པར་རིགས། །བླ་མ་མཆོད་པའི་ཆོ་གའི་རིམ་པ་དག །སྦྱར་བ་དེ་ ལས་བྱུང་བའི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱིས། །འགྲོ་བ་འདི་ཀུན་ཡང་དག་བླ་མ་ཡིས། །རྗེས་སུ་བཟུང་ནས་བདེ་ཆེན་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག། །།

对于一切正法，凭借思维的方法和领悟的力量，除了成办重大意义的事业外，我永远不会违背诸佛的教诲。 所有违背共同和特殊的誓言及戒律的过失，我都在怙主您面前忏悔，祈请您以慈悲的眼神垂视我。 愿凭借殊胜者您的慈悲加持，永远不生起邪恶的想法，愿烦恼妄念的聚 समूह 全部寂灭，愿白净的功德不断增长。 在依止上师和供养三宝时，愿我永远不生起懈怠和轻视，在修持殊胜乘的道路时，愿我片刻也不懒惰。 愿我通过四摄和息增怀伏等事业，圆满佛陀的事业，愿一切众生的心愿，都能被我实现。 愿我对于利益众生没有厌倦，对于身体、受用和财物等一切，永远不生起执着、吝啬，愿我能无尽地布施一切。 愿以此善根，使如虚空般的众生，所有罪恶和障碍的聚 समूह 全部清净，愿一切心愿如意实现，愿我迅速获得无上菩提。 我因愚痴蒙昧的控制，对于此善行所产生的任何过失，祈请殊胜的珍宝和他们的佛子，伟大的您们宽恕。 愿您以慈悲成办一切众生的利益，赐予我共同和殊胜的成就，祈请法身融入寂静的本性后，为了利益众生而示现色身。 为了清净所有罪业的聚 समूह ，为了增长福德和功德，为了平息魔障和违缘，为了成就自他二利，供养上师并祈祷的方法。 正如金刚持（藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་，梵文天城体：वज्रधर，梵文罗马拟音：Vajradhara，汉语字面意思：持金刚者）所广说，有智慧的人们应当精勤于此。以此修持上师供养仪轨所产生的福德，愿一切众生都能被真正的上师摄受，并获得大乐。
English
Regarding all the Dharma, with the means of thought and the power of realization, except for accomplishing great meaningful deeds, I will never deviate from the Buddha's teachings. All faults that contradict the common and special vows and commitments, I confess before you, Protector, and request you to look upon me with eyes of compassion. May the blessings of your compassion, O Supreme One, prevent the arising of wrong thoughts, may all groups of disturbing thoughts be pacified, and may white virtues increase ever upward. In attending to the Lama and offering to the precious ones, may laziness and contempt never arise, and when practicing the path of the Supreme Vehicle, may I be without laziness for even a moment. May I perfect the enlightened activities through the four means of gathering and the activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and destroying, and may all the wishes of sentient beings be fulfilled by me. May I be without weariness in benefiting beings, and may attachment and miserliness never arise towards body, enjoyment, and all possessions, and may I give to all without depletion. By this virtue, may the sins and obscurations of all beings equal to space be purified, may all their wishes be fulfilled as desired, and may I quickly attain unsurpassed enlightenment. Due to my mind being under the control of dullness and ignorance, whatever faults have arisen in this virtuous act, I ask forgiveness from the supreme jewels and their children, the great beings. May you accomplish the benefit of all beings with your compassion, grant me common and supreme attainments, and after passing into the peaceful nature of Dharmakaya, may you appear in Rupakaya for the benefit of beings. For those who wish to purify all groups of defilements, increase merit and qualities, pacify demons and obstacles, and accomplish the benefit of oneself and others, the method of offering to the Lama and making supplications. As Vajradhara (藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་，梵文天城体：वज्रधर，梵文罗马拟音：Vajradhara，汉语字面意思：Holder of the Vajra) has extensively taught, those with intelligence should diligently engage in this. By the merit arising from composing this order of offering to the Lama, may all beings be taken care of by the true Lama and attain great bliss. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
