Nectar of Light. Like the majestic Mount Sumeru in the midst of the ocean of virtues, Like a prince, teaching exactly what to accept and reject. It is the fruit of merit accumulated through diligent rebirths. At the age of seventeen, in the beautiful year, at the great Dharma center, the glorious Chökhor Dechen, the Khenpo (abbot) of that place and the Sangha, the great virtuous friend Kunga Tashi Namgyal Palsangpo, who is the embodiment of the teachings, served as the Khenpo. The Vinaya holder (Lobsap) was Konchok Rinchenpa, the secret master (Sangtön Lopön) was Sangye Yeshe, the Geshe (Grib Tshad) was Nyangrampa, and the companion was the monk Sangye Lhundrup. In the midst of a Sangha complete with faithful devotees, he received the vows of a layperson, a novice monk, and the full ordination of a monk through the four karmas. He was named Ngawang Kunga Namgyal Norbu Palsangpo. He adhered strictly to the ascetic practice of sitting on a single white stone, and conducted himself with mindfulness, awareness, and diligence. With the qualities of peace and gentleness, he became worthy of veneration in the world. The name for generating the mind of enlightenment is Mipham Padma Karpo Chokle Nampar Gyalwai De. He learned the pure conduct well, not regarding his own body and life, but only benefiting others. With complete faith and diligence, he remained unwavering on the path to enlightenment. Not even the finest speck of dust could cling to him. Having vowed to liberate beings and carrying the burden, In all births, The foundation of all virtues—discipline, He guarded it purely, free from the slightest flaw. Moreover, he was not attached to any worldly happiness, fame, or power, and was free from clinging. He knew that all things are like illusions. He was diligent in meditation and samadhi, He respected those worthy of veneration, He supported the poor and helpless, He taught beings without misleading them. Through teaching and practice, he upheld the Victor's Dharma. Even long-lasting prosperity is certain to decline, Therefore, worldly happiness ends in ruin. The household is the field where all faults arise, It is also the great elephant that destroys the lotus garden of virtue. The joys of heaven will exhaust the merits accumulated in the past, Reckless behavior increases sins. The unbearable suffering of the lower realms torments all. One loses the opportunity to plant the seeds of goodness. Sweet at first, but destructive in the end, Therefore, know that sensual pleasures are like poisonous water. Like bees tormented by honey, The pain of accumulating, guarding, and losing is caused by wealth. No matter how much perfect wealth one possesses, -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཏེ། 4-165

Suffering! From decline rises the sorrow of the lowly, you bear all the harm of the people, and the king without a country becomes the servant of all. Hundreds of burning flames of suffering, escape from the house driven by the winds of karma. With strong heart, go to the twenty-four sacred places, who would not rely on those beauties? Climbing to the city of liberation, and the ransom for falling into evil destinies, is the ladder of good and bad deeds, relying on this palace of leisure and endowment. Like abandoning the impure valley of the world, like discarding wealth like the roots of a broom, renounce in the ascetic forest, and slowly walk in the shadow of the silent mountain cave. Generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, wisdom like a furnace fire, and the treasure of aspiration, opening the bodhisattva's treasury filled with these, why not eliminate the suffering of all beings, self and others? The path निश्चितly shown by the Buddhas, if you do not follow this infallible path, even alive you are like wood. All wise people should contemplate this truth. Born from the ocean of bodhisattvas, moistened by love and compassion, the white lotus, urged by the sunlight of faith, spreads the fragrance of the enlightenment biography. Relying on the earnest request of the yogi Sangye Darpo. These words, spoken without embellishment in the oral expression of before the age of twenty-three, are also drops of the nectar of the white lotus's good deeds. May all be auspicious! May all beings be happy! In order to widely spread the Dharma, for each book printed, it is sponsored by Dharma King Sonam Gyaltsen. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
