May this (offering) become the cause for effortless accomplishment, ultimately attaining unsurpassed Bodhi. Until Bodhi is attained, may I never be separated from the virtuous spiritual friend, the enhancing condition.' Thus say. Then, state the power of truth, strike the Ting shag (a type of cymbal), though adorned with jewels, practice Dharma, be tamed and truly uphold the vows, practice pure Brahmacharya. For all sentient beings, abandon killing, the Bhikshu (monk), Shramana (ascetic), Brahmana (Brahmin), have no fear of any weapons. All fear death, all depend on food to live. Taking oneself as an example, do not harm others.' Thus say three times. Third, the conclusion: Om Vajra Sattva Samaya Om, Vajrasattva, Vow) etc. three times, and supplement the omissions with 'not complete and'. Then, for the transcendental guests, 'Om, you have accomplished the benefit of all sentient beings,' until reciting between 'please come again,' and reciting 'Om Vajra Mu Om, Vajra, Go),' send them away with the thumb and forefinger holding the bell. For the worldly guests, 'Those who have come to this place of offering, the beings that roam underground, and those who dwell on the earth, and those who have become earth gods,' satisfy them, and let each return to their own abode. Let all disperse separately. All, beings, go),' and recite wrathful mantras such as Sumbhani, and visualize each returning to their own abode. Then, at one's forehead recite Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), at the throat recite Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah), at the heart recite Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुྃ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), thus reciting and visualizing to protect oneself, and with 'By this virtue may all beings' etc., and 'By this merit may I quickly attain' etc., dedicate the root of virtue to Bodhi, and increase auspiciousness. After that, it is extremely important to discard the utensils of the Torma at a water source where the Nagas reside, or at a clean place where garbage does not fall, be sure to act accordingly. This is called 'The Rain of Desires Water Offering Ritual,' which is based on the explanation of the words of Dharma King Phagpa Rinpoche (Chos kyi rgyal po 'Phags pa rin po che), the 'Water Offering Ritual that Generates Joy for the Wise' written by the great Vidyadhara, and supplementing the unclear parts, collected from the writings of Je Thar Tze (rJe Thar rtse) and Namkha Palsang (Nam mkha' dpal bzang) etc., by Sakya monk Jampa Ngawang Kunga Sonam Drakpa Gyaltsen Palsangpo (Byams pa Ngag dbang kun dga' bsod nams grags pa rgyal mtshan dpal bzang po) in the white side of the fifth month of the Sheep year, at the Gunga (Kun dga') place surrounded by lush and delightful trees on the west side of the Ladrang Dechog Phodrang (bla brang bde mchog pho brang) of the sacred Sakya (Sa skya) site Chumik Ringkha (Chu mig rdzing kha). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
