་ལས་ལྷན་སྐྱེས་བསྐྱེད་པ་བཞི་བའི་ལམ། །ཡིན་ཞེས་གོང་མའི་གསུང་རབ་རྣམས་ལས་བཤད། །འདི་འདྲའི་ལམ་བཟང་ཉམས་སུ་ལེན་བྱེད་ཅིང་། །མཚན་ལྡན་བླ་མའི་ཞབས་ཏོག་ལ་འབད་ན། ། 13-654 ཚེ་རབས་གཏན་ལེགས་འདུན་མ་ཟིན་པ་ཡིན། །འདི་སྦྱར་དགེ་བས་བདག་དང་གདུལ་བྱ་རྣམས། །དུས་འདིར་ཚེ་རིང་ནད་མེད་བསམ་དོན་འགྲུབ། །བསྟན་པ་རྒྱས་ཤིང་དོན་གཉིས་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ཏེ། །ཕྱི་མ་བདེ་བ་ ཅན་དུ་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག། །།སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། ༈ མཁན་ཆེན་ཨ་པད་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་དགོངས་བཞེད་ལྟར་གུ་རུས་ཞབས་ཞུ་བགྱིས་པའོ།།

从本俱生四喜道， 诸经续部如是说。 若人修持此妙道， 殷勤承侍具相师， 生生世世愿成就。 以此善根我与诸有情， 今生健康长寿心愿成， 教法兴盛二利皆圆满， 来世得生极乐愿吉祥！ 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！（藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།） 依止堪布阿贝仁波切之意愿， 咕汝（Guru，上师）恭敬书写。
English
The path of the four joys born together from the very beginning, Is said in all the scriptures of the superiors. If one practices such a good path, And strives to serve a qualified lama (teacher), One will achieve the aspiration of eternal goodness in lifetimes. By this combined virtue, may I and all sentient beings, In this life, have longevity, be free from illness, and have all wishes fulfilled. May the teachings flourish and both purposes (for oneself and others) be accomplished to the end, And may we be born in Sukhavati (the Pure Land of Amitabha) in the next life! May all be auspicious!
