Then, from the left channel, it appears swiftly as a red light. Visualize it staying in the wind, merging into the yogini of the navel chakra, and hold your breath as much as possible. Perform such contractions and releases seven or three times to familiarize yourself with the path. From the yogini of the navel chakra, light radiates, pervading the entire body. The limbs dissolve into light, merging into the clay pot of the body. It also transforms into a red mass of light. At this moment, the self-mind yogini of the navel chakra prepares to go to the Khechara realm, gradually moving upwards. As it merges into the crown of the central channel, it becomes shorter and shorter. The lower ends of the right and left channels also curve upwards, adhering to the soles of the yogini's feet, pulling upwards, becoming shorter and shorter. Then, the yogini gradually reaches the heart and throat, etc. The three channels also gradually gather there. The essence of the body, the mass of light, also gradually disappears from below, merging into it. As the self-mind yogini reaches the crown of the head, all three channels and the mass of light completely dissolve into the yogini. Therefore, the yogini rises upwards like a spark in the sky, or like a warrior shooting an arrow into the sky. In the unimaginable sky, it gradually rises. Upon reaching the Khechara realm, visualize it dissolving into the Dharmakaya emptiness like a rainbow disappearing in the sky, or like smoke disappearing. In the state of union of clarity and emptiness, relax the body and mind as much as possible, and remain in equanimity. Then, in the sky, the self-mind yogini, only the size of a thumb, suddenly appears. It descends like a bird swooping down, returning to its place. Visualize the external body also returning to its original state. Repeat the previous visualization twenty-one times, seven times, or three times, depending on the situation. If one practices this instruction single-mindedly, after some time, the practitioner will encounter the actual Vajrayogini, or encounter an ordinary woman with flesh and blood, eyes, and reddish-yellow hair. She will take the practitioner's hand and instantly lead them to the pure Khechara realm, transforming the body into a rainbow body. He will master the treasures of the sky, traveling from Buddha-field to Buddha-field, sharing the same fate with heroes and yoginis. If the yogini practitioner is not diligent enough to attain Khechara in this life, then at the time of death, use this method for transference of consciousness. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Practicing in this way as a yogi, one will attain the siddhi (藏文:དངོས་གྲུབ་,meaning: accomplishment) of Khechara (藏文:མཁའ་སྤྱོད་,meaning: sky-faring, realm of the dakinis) without the bardo (藏文:བར་དོ་,meaning: intermediate state). Many glorious Sakya (藏文:ས་སྐྱ་པ་) mantra holders who practiced this have countless amazing stories of going to Khechara without abandoning their bodies. 11-121 For this profound and ultimate path that is free from all doubt and hesitation, cherish it in your heart and strive for continuous practice. Followers of the Ngor tradition (藏文:ངོར་ལུགས་) call this 'Small Transference of the Yogini'. Those of Sakya Dzongchungpa (藏文:ས་སྐྱ་རྫོང་ཆུང་པ་) call this 'Inner Yogini'. They say that this is the uncommon oral transmission secret for accomplishing Khechara in this lineage. Until now, it has been kept very strict, with a mandatory gold mandala (藏文:མཎྜལ་) and a strict vow not to give it to more than one person per generation. However, in some notes that have been thoroughly discussed, some write: 'Through inconceivable yoga, practice this, pray for your own mind yogini to go to the sky, abandon your own body,' etc. This seems like nonsensical babble that does not understand the key point that this practice is an uncommon inconceivable yoga, and should be discarded like spitting out ashes. Some think that if one continuously practices this, it will shorten one's life, but this is not right. This is not a transference method that separates body and mind. 11-122 The so-called 'inconceivable yoga' is the completion stage (藏文:རྫོགས་རིམ་) yoga of the generation stage (藏文:བསྐྱེད་རིམ་), so there is no contradiction at all, this was heard from the words of Je Tsongkhapa (藏文:རྗེ་བླ་མའི་). The near path to accomplishing the Khechara yoga, the supreme secret path for even sinners to transcend samsara. The heart essence words of the Naropa (梵文天城体:ना रो ता पा,梵文罗马拟音:Nā ro tā pā) lineage, the golden dharma of the Sakya great masters' lineage. Having heard it from the mouth of the Lord of the Oral Transmission Ocean, Vajradhara (梵文天城体:वज्रधर,梵文罗马拟音:Vajradhara, meaning: Holder of the Vajra) Kunsang Chöje (藏文:ཀུན་སྤངས་ཆོས་རྗེའི་), I had not written it down before, but kept it in my heart, and followed the supreme practice with faith. Now, for the fortunate descendants, my heart son, the devoted youth named Kelsang Miwang Dorje Rinchen (藏文:སྐལ་བཟང་མི་དབང་རྡོ་རྗེ་རིན་ཆེན་), I have taught it without reservation, and written down this profound oral transmission. This is not a random collection of hearsay or decaying words, nor is it a fabricated dharma adulterated by those who pretend to be scholars. This is the unbroken speech of the accomplished masters' lineage, the undiminished breath of the dakinis. Please cherish it from the depths of your heart and strive to practice it, whenever the illusory body (藏文:སྒྱུ་)... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
