ྤྱོད་དབང་མོ་ཡི། །དབང་བཞི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཆོ་གའི་ལག་ལེན་མཆོག །འགྲོ་ཀུན་མཁའ་སྤྱོད་བསྒྲོད་པའི་ཉེ་ལམ་འདི། །ས་སྐྱར་གནས་པའི་སྔགས་འཆང་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན། ། 11-57 ངག་དབང་ཀུན་དགའ་བསོད་ནམས་ཞེས་བྱས་སྦྱར། །དགེ་བ་འདིས་མཚོན་དུས་གསུམ་དགེ་བའི་མཐུས། །བདག་གཞན་འགྲོ་བའི་སྒྲིབ་པ་ཀུན་བྱང་ནས། །ནམ་ཞིག་ཚེ་འདིའི་སྣང་བ་ནུབ་མ་ཐག །མཁའ་སྤྱོད་དབང་མོས་ དག་པའི་ཞིང་ཁྲིད་ནས། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་སྲས་བཅས་མཉེས་བྱས་ཏེ། །སྤྲུལ་པས་ས་སྐྱའི་བསྟན་པ་རྒྱས་བྱེད་ཅིང་། །མཐོང་ཐོས་དྲན་རེག་གྱུར་པའི་འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན། །མཁའ་སྤྱོད་དག་པའི་ཞིང་དུ་འདྲེན་གྱུར་ ཅིག །ཅེས་པའི་ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་རང་དང་ཉེ་བར་གནས་པའི་དགེ་སློང་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན་པ་བྱམས་པ་དཔལ་འབྱོར་གྱིས་གུས་སྤྲོའི་སྒོ་ནས་ལེགས་པར་བགྱིས་སོ།། །།སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། །།ཀ་ལྱ་ན་ཝརྡྷནྟུ། དགེ་ ལེགས་འཕེལ་བར་གྱུར། ཞུས་དག། །། ༈ མཁན་ཆེན་ཨ་པད་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་དགོངས་བཞེད་ལྟར་གུ་རུས་ཞབས་ཞུ་བགྱིས་པའོ།།

此乃‘具自在母’（藏文：དབང་མོ་，自在母）之四灌顶加持仪轨之殊胜实修法。 此乃令一切众生趋入空行净土之近道。 由住于萨迦（藏文：ས་སྐྱ）之持明金刚阿阇黎（藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན） 名‘语自在·衮噶·索南’（藏文：ངག་དབང་ཀུན་དགའ་བསོད་ནམས）者所著。 以此善行为首，愿三时（过去、现在、未来）所积一切善业之力量， 令自他一切众生之业障悉皆清净。 愿我等命终之际， 即能被‘具自在母’接引至清净刹土。 愿我等能令十方诸佛菩萨欢喜， 并以化身弘扬萨迦教法。 愿所有与我结缘之众生， 皆能被引导至空行净土。 此文由亲近之比丘持金刚者‘强巴贝觉’（藏文：བྱམས་པ་དཔལ་འབྱོར）以恭敬之心书写。 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！（梵文：Sarva Mangalam，一切吉祥！） 卡拉亚那瓦尔达antu！（梵文：Kalyana Vardhantu，善妙增长！） 愿吉祥增上！校对完毕！ 此乃遵照堪钦阿贝仁波切（藏文：མཁན་ཆེན་ཨ་པད་རིན་པོ་ཆེ）之意愿，由古汝（藏文：གུ་རུ）提供服务。
English
This is the excellent practice of the four empowerments blessing ritual of ‘Wangmo’ (Tibetan: དབང་མོ་, meaning 'Powerful Woman' or 'Independent Woman'). This is the near path for all beings to ascend to the Pure Land of the Dakinis. Composed by the mantra holder, Vajra Master residing in Sakya (Tibetan: ས་སྐྱ), named ‘Ngawang Kunga Sonam’ (Tibetan: ངག་དབང་ཀུན་དགའ་བསོད་ནམས). May the power of the merits of the three times (past, present, and future), beginning with this virtue, purify all the obscurations of oneself and others. Whenever the light of this life fades, may I be led by ‘Wangmo’ to the pure realm of the Dakinis. May I please all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, and may I spread the Sakya teachings through emanations. May all beings who see, hear, remember, or touch me, be led to the pure realm of the Dakinis. This was written with reverence by the close Gelong (monk) and Vajra holder ‘Jampa Peljor’ (Tibetan: བྱམས་པ་དཔལ་འབྱོར). Sarva Mangalam! (Sanskrit: Sarva Mangalam, meaning 'All Auspiciousness!')
