在具足法眼的仁波切（Rinpoche，尊称，意为‘珍宝者’）座前，为了圆满获得此甚深长寿引导，以记录的口头传承为基础，并善加参考此派的众多合格论典，于萨迦（Sakya，藏传佛教的一个主要派别）大寺撰写此文，愿我等师徒于此时获得百岁寿命，普遍和特别的教法得以兴盛，并成为未来往生极乐世界的因缘。 愿吉祥增上！一切吉祥！ 应堪布阿贝仁波切（Khenchen Apel Rinpoche）之意愿，由古汝（Guru，上师）提供服务。

In the presence of the venerable Rinpoche, who possesses the eye of Dharma, to fully receive this profound longevity instruction, based on the recorded oral transmissions and having thoroughly consulted the numerous qualified scriptures of this tradition, this was composed at the great Sakya monastery. May we, teacher and disciples, attain a life of a hundred years at this time, may the teachings, both general and specific, flourish, and may it become the cause for rebirth in Sukhavati (the Pure Land of Amitabha) in the future.
