The eleven Abhisamayas (mngon par rtogs pa) of the occasion guide the path, and the three stages of the three vows (sdom gsum) cut off elaboration. Practice through the uncommon experiences in the scriptures and the stages of meditating on the path of the three continuums (rgyud gsum). Furthermore, the seventeen Abhisamayas of the occasion of the tree's fruit guide the path, and the actions of the occasion of the fruit of the three vows cut off elaboration. Practice through the occasion of the fruit of the three appearances of the tree and the occasion of the fruit of the three continuums. This treatise, entitled 'A Well-Spoken Book on Entering the Teachings of the Sakya School—Opening the Dharma Door for All Beings in Tibet to Travel in All Directions,' is based on the oral transmission of the venerable Kunga Zangpo (Kun dga' bzang po) (the crown jewel of all holders of the Sakya teachings, who attained the nectar of the Victor's prophecy), recorded and compiled by his direct disciple, Dharma Lord Chöpal Zangpo (Chos dpal bzang po). Sakya mantra holder Ngawang Kunga Sonam (Ngag dbang kun dga' bsod nams), with ever-increasing faith and devotion to the past Sakya teachers and disciples, swiftly compiled this with a pure intention and respectful action, so that in the future, he may continuously lead fortunate beings onto the path of pure view. May the pure virtue arising from this cause us, teachers and disciples, to have long lives in this life, and ultimately fulfill all wishes, so that the Sakya teachings may flourish! May we be reborn together in Sukhavati in the next life, and may all pure aspirations, such as upholding the teachings through emanations in samsara, be effortlessly accomplished by the protectors! From now until samsara is empty, may I have the power and ability to make all beings follow the Sakya tradition through skillful means! May there be auspicious increase!
