From the heart of Raksha Jala, seed syllable mantra garlands emanate, along with hundreds of thousands of wrathful, fierce, and powerful messengers transformed from his body, instantly killing, cutting, and chopping all enemies and obstacles, devouring their flesh, drinking their blood, chewing their bones, and destroying them like particles of ash. From these, a collection of rays of light, emanated messengers transformed again and again, and weapons and firestorms strike the arrogant retinues of each of the eight classes, causing them to faint, become numb, and confused, destroying their cruelty as the sun destroys darkness. When inauspicious omens such as dust settling on objects occur, and during group practices, visualize the five families of deities, such as horses and pigs, in oneself and in front, and from the bodies of the deities, emanate wrathful deities and countless white, red, and blue, yellow, and green (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllables like lightning, filling all the three thousand worlds. All the (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllables transform into wrathful deities, wrathful mothers, iron hooks, weapons, and flames, causing all appearances and existences to tremble, shake, and roar. The fierce sound of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllables resounds powerfully, turning all demons, obstacles, enemies, evil spirits, and ghosts into dust. Subjugate all the eight classes of gods and demons, causing them to faint and become servants, offering their lives and heart essence, and retracting all their power. Visualize all above, below, and in between being covered by a protective wheel of wrathful weapons and flames, and sing the song of the sound of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), burning gugul incense, and so on. Whatever practice is done, perform the peaceful practice in the morning, the increasing practice at noon, the magnetizing practice in the evening, and the wrathful practice at dusk. Alternatively, during the sessions, the mantra visualization for the four activities is as follows: For the peaceful practice, visualize all the deities' body colors, ornaments, clothing, palaces, and pure lands as white, filled with light. On the moon disc at the heart, visualize the seed syllable surrounded by the mantra garland. "Om, may all diseases, evil spirits, and sins be pacified, kuru ye svāhā."
