Meditate according to the textual words, such as the four great kings guarding the four directions of the fifth palace, along with their retinues. Perform the invocation, seating, offering, prostration, and praise together in front of oneself, ensuring the order of visualization is clear, the meaning of the words is understood, and it doesn't devolve into mere recitation. As for the recitation: In the three places of all the main deities and retinues in front of oneself, visualize white Oṃ (藏文:ཨཱོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), red Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah), and blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) shining brightly, and above one's own life seed syllable, visualize the three places as the syllable Hūṃ. In the five places of the main deity, visualize the five families of Hayagrīva, and above the sun disc in the heart, visualize the four families and the Hūṃ syllable of one's own color, and in the heart, visualize the Hayagrīva father and mother of the heart, clear dark blue, and in the center of the sun mandala in the heart, around the red Hūṃ syllable: Oṃ Vajra Krota Haya Grīva Dhakkinī Bhara Hī Sarva Siddhi Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文:ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་ཏ་ཧྱ་གྷྲཱི་ཝ་དྷཀྐི་ནི་བྷ་ར་ཧི་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ,梵文天城体:ओम् वज्र क्रोध हय ग्रीव धक्किनी भर ही सर्व सिद्धि हुं फट्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra krodha haya grīva dhakkinī bhara hī sarva siddhi hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Om Vajra Krodha Haya Grīva Dhakkinī Bhara Hī Sarva Siddhi Hūṃ Phaṭ). The mantra syllables each emit their own sound, diri diri, and the rosary, like a red ember of a firebrand, turns to the left in the hearts of all the father deities, supported by the mantra syllables turning to the right. For all the mother deities, above the sun mandala, from the seed syllable Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrīḥ), the mantra syllables turn to the left, and the rosary turns to the right, and with the power of the red rays of five colors, spreading through all saṃsāra and nirvāṇa as quickly as lightning, offering immeasurable clouds of offerings that please all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, refuges, and objects of offering. Gathering all the blessings and power of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the Three Roots deities, all the wrathful deities, and wrathful goddesses, and dissolving them into oneself and those in front, greatly increasing all power and glory, and meditating on the fire of wisdom, the army of flames, blazing boundlessly in all ten directions. Purifying the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings and establishing them in the state of the great powerful father and mother. Visualizing the outer container as a pure, perfect, and complete land blazing with fire, and the inner contents as the nature of wrathful deities and wrathful goddesses, from whose mouths the sound of mantras emanates, buzzing like a broken beehive, and reciting the mantra with this thought. In particular, from the mantra wheel in the heart of the father deity, rays of five colors emanate from the nature of the five wisdoms, flowing through the central channel, emerging from the father deity's vajra, rising upwards into the bhaga of the mother deity, and dissolving into the mantra syllables and seed syllable Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrīḥ) in the hearts of all the mother deities, by

May all mothers, sentient beings, fully develop the wisdom of bliss and emptiness. May the sounds of the horse's neigh and the pig-faced mother's voice utterly shake the three realms. May the power and ferocity of the great and mighty ones of the three realms, the arrogant ones of the three existences, vanish like a lamp lit in the darkness. May they be involuntarily subdued, enslaved, and become obedient servants. Thinking thus, recite the mantra. Furthermore, may emanations from oneself, further emanations, wrathful weapons, and flames flash like lightning, scattering like sparks from a blacksmith, pervading all realms of the world. May all demons, obstacles, gods, spirits, and elemental beings of the upper, lower, and intermediate realms be struck, causing them to faint, fall into prolonged slumber, become intoxicated, and be reduced to dust. May all the power and strength of body, speech, and mind be like hot iron touching butter, and may all ferocity be pacified. May those who involuntarily offer their life essence in the form of syllables be absorbed into the sun disc of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), subdued, and employed like lords and subjects. Again, as before, may the flames of wrathful weapons scatter, expelling, tormenting, suppressing, burning, cutting, and hacking all enemies, obstacles, curses, gods, and harmful beings. May they devour flesh, drink blood, gnaw bones, and relish entrails, reducing them to dust. Think thus. May the protective palace be a black Mount Meru, ablaze with flames, a nine-tiered structure, exceedingly vast and tall, indestructible, and in the vast expanse of the vajra palace, may all those to be protected be of the nature of wrathful deities and wrathful mothers, swaying and rustling, with the sound of mantras humming like a beehive. Meditate thus. Although the root practice is to recite nine million times, as stated in the scriptures, one may also recite ten million times or more, depending on the circumstances, primarily performing repulsion and destruction. If one wishes to visualize the two thousand-spoked wheels rotating to the left and right on the outer perimeter of the protection, cutting down all harmful beings, this arises from rational agreement, so whether to visualize or not is up to the individual's discretion. The inner practice is: In the heart of the great deity, father, mother, and son, on the sun disc: (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) Great God. (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿརཀྴ་ཛ་ལར་ཛཿཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः रक्ष जलर् जः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ rakṣa jalar jaḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Shri Protect Jalar Ja) Uma. (Circumambulate the father and son clockwise, and the mother counterclockwise.) (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་དྷེ་ཝ་ཧཱུྃ་ཨུ་མ་དྷེ་ཝི་ཧྲཱིཿཧྲིང་ཧྲིང་ཛ་ཛཿཿསརྦ་ལོ་ཀ་བསྡུས་བསྡུས་ཝ་ཤང་ཀུ་རུ་ས་མ་ཡ་རཀྴ་ཀརྨ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱཿཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ महादेवाय हुं उमा देवि ह्रीः ह्रीं ह्रीं ज जः सर्व लोका बस बस वशं कुरु समय रक्ष कर्म हुं फट् स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ mahādevāya hūṃ umā devi hrīḥ hrīṃ hrīṃ ja jaḥ sarva lokā basa basa vaśaṃ kuru samaya rakṣa karma hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Om Great God Hum Uma Goddess Shri Hrim Hrim Ja Ja All Worlds Gather Gather Subdue Samaya Protect Karma Hum Phat Svaha) Thinking thus, surround with the mantra, and visualize the light from the heart of the main deity shining upon the hearts of the parents and son.
