以及鹏鸟的恐惧，火的恐惧，水的恐惧，敌人的恐惧，盗贼的恐惧，沙尘的恐惧，愿从那些恐惧中解脱！愿解脱！愿脱离！祈请龙王及其眷属，如此供养赞颂，令其欢喜！令其喜悦！令其满足！ 嚯！如此以供奉盛大欢喜供养的威力，祈请使珍贵的佛法在所有方时处兴盛广大！祈请使所有持教者的寿命和事业广大！祈请使所有施主的权势和政治兴旺！愿所有众生安乐！愿所有疾病、饥荒、刀兵的三灾全部平息！愿消失！愿遣除！特别是，祈请使施主或某个地方、区域、国家的寿命、福德、财富、好运、权势、闻思修三学、证悟功德全部增长广大！祈请使人病、畜病、瘟疫、灾害、霜冻、冰雹全部彻底平息！祈请降雨应时，使年成和牲畜总是良好，以供奉吉祥九增的妙物为缘起，使地方的祥瑞、权势、寿命、福德、财富、一切善妙，从九增至九十、九百、千万！以供奉吉祥千增的妙物为缘起，使从一千增至千、万、无数！以供奉珍宝海螺增长的妙物为缘起，祈请使从海螺增至海螺增长、海螺亿万无数！ 祈愿吉祥之花飘洒，祈请龙王及其眷属稳固安住，并按年度时节，广行龙供、良辰供养！ 念诵《龙百万》，宣说忏悔补阙，抛掷龙食子，龙烟供如本教仪轨，献酬谢礼。 芒嘎লাম（藏文， मंगलम्，mangalam，吉祥）！ 龙神坛城建造法的补充。

And from the fear of Garuda, the fear of fire, the fear of water, the fear of enemies, the fear of thieves, the fear of sandstorms, may you be liberated from those fears! May you be freed! May you be separated! I pray that the Naga King and his retinue will be pleased by such offerings and praises! May you be pleased! May you be satisfied! Ho! By the power of offering such a great and joyful offering, may the precious Buddha's teachings flourish and spread in all directions, times, and places! May the lives and activities of all the holders of the teachings be expanded! May the power and politics of all the patrons of the teachings increase! May all sentient beings be happy and well! May all the calamities of disease, famine, and weapons be pacified! May they disappear! May they be averted! In particular, may the life, merit, wealth, good fortune, power, the three studies of hearing, thinking, and meditation, and the qualities of realization of the benefactor or a certain place, region, or country increase and expand! May all human and livestock diseases, epidemics, disasters, frost, and hail be completely pacified! May rain fall in due season, and may the year and livestock always be good, and may all the glory, power, life, merit, wealth, and goodness of the region increase from nine to ninety, nine hundred, and millions, through the auspicious connection of offering the excellent substance of auspicious ninefold increase! Through the auspicious connection of offering the excellent substance of auspicious thousandfold increase, may it increase from one thousand to thousands, tens of thousands, and countless numbers! Through the auspicious connection of offering the excellent substance of the increasing jewel conch, may it increase from conch to increasing conch, to countless billions of conches! I pray that auspicious flowers will be scattered, and I pray that the Naga King and his retinue will remain steadfast, and that Naga offerings and auspicious time offerings will be made extensively according to the annual seasons!
