Bhaiśravaṇaye yakṣa sarva grīhana idam bhaliṅta khāhi khāhi! Recite seven or twenty-one times. The praise at this time is: Hūṃ! Great Dharma-protecting King Namtösé (Vaiśravaṇa)! Although you have long since manifested perfect enlightenment, In order to uphold the teachings of a thousand perfect Buddhas, You have generated the intention to protect practitioners, Having rested without turning back from the eighth bhūmi, I prostrate and praise you who protect supreme practitioners like a son! Please grant supreme and common siddhis! In the supreme precious realm, north of Mount Sumeru, A wish-fulfilling palace, a chamber of precious treasures, Higher than a million merits of a complete kalpa, Raining down desired needs, rich with supreme and common power, An inexhaustible mass of siddhis, dense as clouds, I prostrate and praise the supreme source of all desires! Please grant supreme and common siddhis! Wealth-protecting goddess, treasure stream, wish-fulfilling treasury! Kurukulle, powerful Ḍākinī! Dragon goddess, blazing with light, the glory of a million dragon realms! Secret holder of the heart, four great mothers of bliss! Eternally inexhaustible, supreme and common spontaneously accomplished! I prostrate to the four Ḍākinīs who hold the heart! From the surrounding corridors of the great palace, Goddesses, nāga goddesses, wealth-owners, a million yakṣas, In the past, before the eyes of all the Buddhas, You vowed and took oaths, oath-bound protectors, Great gods who grant siddhis to practitioners, Without exception, with all your retinues, I prostrate and praise! Please grant supreme and common siddhis! Samaya! Strive for the essence of approach and accomplishment, the mantra! Hūṃ! Clear deity, lord of compassion, The vibrations of the mantra wheel, radiant and dazzling, Outer, inner, and secret, distinctions of samādhi, Not fixed in one, transforming various rituals, Activities of the four karmas, supreme and common siddhis blazing, Meditate on granting the fruits desired by yogis! Without distraction, recite this mantra in the state of samādhi: Oṃ Bhaiśravaṇaye yakṣa sarva samaya citta hriṃ hriṃ jaḥ jaḥ! Recite no less than a hundred thousand times. Offer and praise as above. Then scatter grains on the vase and treasure, and play musical instruments.

I offer the offerings, please accept them with joy, and grant supreme and common siddhis. Grant the siddhis of royal power, dominion, and strength.
