The great and powerful king of the earth, the great goddess Tenma Lodröma, the great hand that holds the earth, the eight trigrams, the nine palaces, the twelve zodiac animals, the sixty-year cycle, the neck god Gényen Tenma, the gods, nagas, planets, and yakshas. To you, the local deities of this place and your retinues, I offer this precious wish-fulfilling vase treasure, adorned with the five qualities, blessed by mantra, mudra, and samadhi. This vast offering cloud, greater than the Samantabhadra offering cloud, I offer to you and your retinues, to please you. I offer it as a pleasing substance, I offer it as necessary items, I offer it as needed wealth, I offer it as medicine to heal the sick, I offer it as an accumulated treasury, I offer it as the inner wealth of the heart, I offer it as a palace to rely on, I offer it as a royal palace to reside in, I offer it as atonement for unintentional offenses, I offer it as repentance for disturbances and conflicts, I offer it as purification for offenses against the hearth god, I offer it as removal of defilement for offenses against evil spirits, I offer it as purification for offenses of disputes, I offer it as compensation for digging up the earth god, I offer it as a replacement for cutting down the tree god, I offer it as compensation for overturning the stone god, I offer it as forgiveness for disturbing the water god, I offer it as purification for offenses against the cemetery, I offer it as removal of harm for offenses against the house site, I offer it as removal of obstacles for offenses against the field site, I offer it as a treasury for building a divine image, I offer it as the essence of the earth for building a new house, I offer it as a source of prosperity for accumulating food and wealth, I offer it as a source of glory for expanding the treasury, I offer it as praise for the weakened war god, I offer it as veneration for the diminished local god, I offer it as gratitude for past actions, I offer it as payment for future actions, I offer it as a means of pleasing present actions. Please be pleased, please be satisfied, please be content. Ho! By the power of offering this great feast of joy, may the precious teachings of the Buddha flourish and spread in all directions and times. May the lives and activities of all the upholders of the teachings increase. May the power and politics of all the patrons of the teachings increase. May all sentient beings be happy and joyful. May all the eons of disease, famine, and weapons be pacified. May they be nonexistent, may they be averted, especially for the benefactor or the person in this place called so-and-so, may their life, merit, wealth, fame, power, and reputation...

May all the qualities of realization and experience from hearing, contemplation, and meditation increase and expand like the waxing moon. May all diseases of humans and animals, epidemics, disasters, famines, hail, and frost be pacified. May the rain fall in due season, and may the crops and livestock always prosper. May all the goodness of the realm's glory, power, life, wealth, and prosperity increase ninefold, a hundredfold, a thousandfold, and a millionfold through the auspicious connection of offering the supreme substance of ninefold increase. Through the auspicious connection of offering the supreme substance of thousandfold increase, may it increase from one thousand to countless thousands. Through the auspicious connection of offering the supreme substance of precious conch increase, may the conch increase from one to countless billions. The treasure concealment is from "Dispelling the Darkness of Ignorance": Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ)!
