In the practice activities of the Goddess, the mistress of mantras, the Blazing One, there are activities such as the general practice of the Dakinis, guarding, repelling, and killing, as well as the two types of practice: the simple and the wrathful. Firstly, the support for the Torma should be done as in the paper roll of the Bla Stone. For that, the Bla Stone is: On the belly of the Goddess without a mount, draw a wheel. In the center of the wheel, inside a triangle, write the syllable Bhyo (བྷྱོ，梵文天城体：भ्यो，bhyo，meaning: summoning), followed by the mantras of Heruka and the Goddess as in the manual.
