བྱ་ཕན།（藏文）萨玛雅！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，誓言）རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།（藏文）大伏藏师法王仁增尼玛扎巴的化身，从大圣地哈措迎请，并从黄纸上誊写下来。在此说道：对于胜者的教法和修行者，内外邪法魔障的一切损害，务必努力守护，没有比得上此护法自在母的。因此，对于此甚深命权，恳切劝请务必严谨，不可违逆。不扰乱正文，以衔接仪轨的惯例，此庄严是为了三有自在母欢喜。然而，如果像不必要的鬼眼锥子一样，以愚昧之心书写此文有错谬，请咒语护法大尊慈悲纳受，舍弃粗鄙，再次欢喜守护。行此，无垢持有大密心髓传承的善知识，以及讲修合一的僧团，愿吉祥天女无有懈怠地守护一切。此乃应喇嘛坚固慧（འགྱུར་མེད་བློ་ལྡན།）的恳切劝请，对于未经修改的伏藏正文，略微新写了灌顶讲解和降临智慧的观修次第，其他应从正文中严谨之处，都按照惯例书写，此乃以愚痴者瓦给达的名字所写，若有错谬，向吉祥咒语护法从内心忏悔，愿吉祥！ शुभमस्तु《Śubhamastu》（梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，愿吉祥）sarva jagatām《sarva jagatām》（梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，一切世间）。 吉祥咒语护法的命权行法严谨编排，玛吉喜宴。

Without disturbing the main text, with the connecting ritual practices, this adornment is for the pleasure of the Mistress of the Three Realms. However, if, like an unnecessary demon-eye awl, there are errors in writing this with a foolish mind, may the great mantra protector accept it with love, abandon roughness, and protect it with joy again. By doing this, may the glorious goddess tirelessly protect at all times the spiritual friends who hold the stainless teachings of the Great Secret Essence lineage, and the community that combines teaching and practice.
