龙之男鬼女鬼转变， 炽燃大母风主持剑。 西北风神男鬼女鬼转变， 炽燃大母夜叉牛面相。 北方夜叉男鬼女鬼转变， 炽燃大母怖畏金翅鸟持。 东北具力男鬼女鬼转变。 吽 遍！ 大母炽燃大母具誓者， 于汝眷属所摄鬼魔等， 于汝成熟之法宣说时， 于我等施主供养勿加害， 于我等施主供养勿着魔， 于我等施主供养勿食啖。 圣地印度摩揭陀处， 如来正等觉所敕令般， 誓愿谨记莫违行事业。 汉地五台山之圣地处， 圣者妙吉祥所敕令般， 誓愿谨记莫违行事业。 普陀山之圣地处， 怙主观世音所敕令般， 誓愿谨记莫违行事业。 圣地柳叶宫殿中， 薄伽梵金刚手所敕令般， 誓愿谨记莫违行事业。 西方邬金刹土之圣地处， 莲花生大士所敕令般， 誓愿谨记莫违行事业。 今时末世之此时， 持明瑜伽我发菩提心， 设坛供养委任诸事业。 如来教敕誓句祈忆念， 瑜伽所托事业愿成就。 不居教敕誓句鬼魔众， 法性力及忿怒众化身， 当成微尘切莫再作祟， 是故莫住渡至大海彼岸。 诵念四吽咒具誓者等， 忆念誓句思维成事业， 无誓害众驱至大海彼岸。 金翅鸟结界思维护诸魔， 金翅鸟咒加持护轮而念诵， 内返吉祥祝愿缓行而收摄。 若遇极重险难降临之病者， 或人病瘟疫时疫年灾雹霜等， 疾病兵器边境战争时节之灾变， 恶兆不祥地动妖风雷击等， 总之无论何起之疾病与鬼祟， 愿能回遮遣除愿成就。

In the supreme sacred place of Magadha in India, As commanded by the perfectly enlightened Buddha, Remember your vows, do not disobey, accomplish your activities. In the supreme sacred place of the Five-Peaked Mountain in China, As commanded by the noble Mañjuśrī, Remember your vows, do not disobey, accomplish your activities. In the supreme sacred place of Mount Potala, As commanded by the protector of beings, Avalokiteśvara, Remember your vows, do not disobey, accomplish your activities. In the palace of the supreme sacred place of Willow Grove, As commanded by the Bhagavan Vajrapāṇi, Remember your vows, do not disobey, accomplish your activities. In the supreme sacred place of the land of Oḍḍiyāna in the west, As commanded by the master Padmasambhava, Remember your vows, do not disobey, accomplish your activities. Now, in this final age, I, the vidyādhara yogi, generate bodhicitta, Having set up the torma as an offering, I entrust activities. Mindful of the Buddha's command and vows, May the activities entrusted by the yogi be accomplished. Those obstructing spirits who do not abide by the command and vows, By the power of dharmatā and the emanations of the wrathful assembly, May they be pulverized into dust and not cause harm. Therefore, do not stay, cross to the other side of the ocean. Reciting the four Hūṃ mantras, may those with vows, Remember their vows and think of accomplishing activities. Drive the vowless harm-doers to the other side of the ocean. Think of protecting all obstructors with the Garuda boundary. Add rakṣa to the Garuda mantra and recite it. Inwardly, gather auspiciousness, aspirations, farewells, and dissolutions. For a patient afflicted by a very severe illness, Or human illness, epidemics, seasonal diseases, hail, frost, etc., Disease, weapons, border wars, and calamities of the times, Bad omens, disharmony, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc., In short, whatever illness or spirit possession is caused, May it be averted and dispelled, may it be accomplished.
