Various ill omens such as disease, weapons, famine, earthquakes, landslides, hail, and internal strife will occur. Summer and winter will be reversed, and the four elements will have many excesses and deficiencies. The planets and stars will be in turmoil, and evil omens will appear in the sun and moon. Although people will practice Sutra and Tantra, vows and commitments will be rare. They will claim to be good but will only engage in evil deeds.
