Divide the outer wheel into seven spokes, and write the life syllables of the seven prides. Surround the skull cup, charnel ground, and rocky mountain with lotuses, vajras, and flames. Transform the colors of the charnel ground stones. In the center, on a low seat of Manjushri, place an iron or Bhandha vessel. Make a Torma from black bean flour, one cubit long and one handbreadth high, etc., arrange it according to the occasion, and place seven small Tormas around it. Place hooks around it, and as many pieces of meat as possible. Make five banners of power from thin branches: lungs, spleen, kidneys, intestines, liver, large intestine, gall bladder, and black crows, copper-beaked birds, various kinds of birds, white yak, and other kinds of domestic animals, tigers, lions, bears, and other kinds of wild dogs, fish, frogs, conches, and other kinds of aquatic creatures, one, seven, nine, etc., according to the occasion. Place spear banners in the four directions and four intermediate directions, and images of the sun and moon on the right and left, and wooden effigies. Decorate the top with the face of a goddess, or a Torma offering, adorned with the sky of spontaneous mind. The four directions are in their respective colors, and the four intermediate directions are in half-colored sky colors, accumulating according to the occasion, as above. Decorate the Torma with Tsatsas (small clay images) equal to the number of deities, and erect arrow banners of five-colored silk. Arrange medicine, alcohol, offering assemblies, and ganachakra. Straighten the activity text, clarify the generation stage, expand and contract the mantra wheel, and extract the essence. Bless the Kangdö, mix medicine and alcohol, and recite these words: Om Shri Vajra Heruka Rulu Rulu Hum Bhyo Hum Phet!
