This and the empowerment ritual of the Bhagavati Red Mother Sound are sealed words, which should only be transmitted to a few disciples who possess the samaya at the appropriate time, and should not be transmitted casually. Moreover, the order of how to proceed is compiled as follows: the preparation of materials and the actual empowerment, two parts.
