The Practice Manual of Great Bliss White Mother The Practice Manual of Great Bliss White Mother From the Profound Essence of White Sow, the Practice Manual of Great Bliss White Mother. Homage to the Sow-Faced Great Bliss White Mother. A yogi, for the sake of the two benefits, desiring to practice the Sow-Faced Great Bliss White Mother, in a secluded place, arranges the mandala, medicines, alcohol, torma, tsok, and offerings according to the scriptures. The common preliminaries, such as the practice of Dharma, supplications, and two portions of torma, are performed according to the practice of the Seen Lineage. Then, with the actual practice of meditation, playing musical instruments, and rebuking obstacles: Hūṃ! I am the body of Great Bliss White Mother, A mother emanated from the Dharmadhatu, The emanation of a dakini filling the three thousand worlds, Those demons and obstacles with perverse views, Are destroyed like dust particles, Therefore, each return to your own place. Recite the mantra of four Hūṃs. Cutting off the boundaries: Hūṃ! Hundreds of extremely wrathful dakinis, Act fiercely, stand up! In this charnel ground dakini palace, May the harmful demons and obstacles be cut off! Ha Vajra Ḍhakkiṇī Bharahi Hūṃ Phaṭ! Rakṣa Rakṣa Svāhā! Taking Refuge: I take refuge in the Lama, Yidam, and Dakini, I take refuge in the Three Roots. Generating Bodhicitta: For the sake of all sentient beings, I will practice the generation and completion stages of the dakini, Recite three times. The Seven Limbs: Hūṃ! Lama, Yidam, Dakini, descend, Sit on the seat of the sun, moon, and lotus, Body, speech, and mind, I prostrate with reverence, I offer outer, inner, and secret offerings, I confess breakages and obscurations, I rejoice in the practice of secret mantra, I pray for the turning of the wheel of ripening and liberation, I pray not to enter into sorrow, I dedicate the merit to great Bodhi, May all beings attain Buddhahood. The inexpressible, unconditioned suchness, wanders in saṃsāra due to the power of negative thoughts, grasping and fixation, unborn, self-liberated, may the door of the meaning of wisdom be opened! Praveśaya Ho! Symbolic gesture: Hūṃ! Unborn, innate, self-arisen deity, although accompanying oneself, one has not met face to face, at this time, self-awareness dawns in its own face, I prostrate to the meaning of self-liberation!
