For the benefit of beings in the future, the profound Dharma of Hayagriva empowerment, is the offering praise to the greatness and power of worldly arrogance, entrusting the outer tantra to protect the world: In a precious vessel, grind precious grains on the grain stalks. On the five-grain zan, a three-tiered Mount Meru. On top of that, arrange a castle-shaped food offering in the center. On the first tier, place four food offerings in the four directions. In the four corners, place round tormas, adorned with decorations. On the second tier, place eight triangular shapes in the four directions and corners. Below that, a tier of eight classes of food offerings, and seven red offerings adorned with flesh and blood. Finally, surround with three layers of finger rings and pieces of meat. On top, the eight auspicious symbols and the seven royal emblems, and nine kinds of birds, including the iron eagle. In the middle, monkeys, leopards, cats, and so on, nine kinds of wild beasts, and at the bottom, surround with all kinds of domestic animals and aquatic creatures. Fill a birch bark bowl with butter and liquor, and arrange blood offerings in a skull cup. Sprinkle precious dharu powder, silk, and grains on the torma, and arrange the five powers puja. Arrange the sang, chi, gal chi, and ting lo eye offerings. Raise arrow banners, wind horses, flags, weapons, and victory banners.
