Place a puppy's lung inside the chest, and the enemy's lineage will be completely cut off. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Dry the wine residue, add it to powder dried in the shade, and also add poisonous tree flowers and mad dog's brain, then the enemy will involuntarily go mad. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Strike a Khanda Gadu (a type of container) dyed red, and by blessing it, the lineage will wither from the root, like a dried fruit. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! The thirteenth chapter of the "Great Glorious Horse-Faced Wrathful One Subduing the Arrogant" explains the key instructions for placing the enemy in karma. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Then, Vajrapani again asked the Supreme Horse King: This great tantric essence, how should it be sealed as a command? To which protector should the responsibility of guarding it be entrusted? Where should it reside? What are the time and person for practice? The Great Wrathful One said: Well done, glorious Vajradhara! Well done, Lord of Secrets! The horse-faced one emits a loud laughter, a great sound that resounds everywhere, Ha Hi, chanting the Vajra song, completely subduing the arrogant assembly in all three times. Written in the illusory script of the Dakinis of Lanka, drawn in the pattern of the karmic Kapala drum. The protectors of the inner and outer commands, whoever they may be, as long as they possess vows, especially those who hold the supreme lineage of the Lotus family, the heroic Dakinis will protect this command. Offer it in the western country of Oddiyana (Udyana, present-day Swat Valley in Pakistan). In the future degenerate age, when strife is rampant and the lifespan is a hundred years, the teachings of Shakyamuni will flourish. At that time, the fruits of mantra will ripen. For the essence of the teachings of all Buddhas of the three times, the incarnate body born from the sea, named Padmasambhava, will appear, liberating beings with the Dharma of fruition. At that time, that great being will practice this supreme tantra, subduing demons and wrong views, and removing obstacles.
