Based on the nail-insertion of the Kagye Rangshar skull, and from the Tantra of the Black Calculation Element Precious Collection, the Wangte Illusion King's enslavement of the evil spirit lineages, etc., these instructions should be combined as supplementary methods and explained. In the past, when the world was formed, in the center of Mount Meru, at the root of a tree called "Complete Gathering, Born from the Earth," Ya Demon with a rosary of skulls and Ma Demon Padma Garwangchuk united, giving birth to thirteen minor evil spirits, etc., as explained in the Northern Treasure Vajrakila. According to the evil spirit lineage of the Northern Treasure Kagye, in the evil spirit city of the nine continents of the evil spirit realm, in the nine-tiered skull castle, from the evil spirit ancestors, the Sky Evil and the Earth Evil, the father being the black bird of the sky and the mother being the black mouse of the earth, thirteen eggs were born, from which the thirteen minor evil spirits emerged. Just as Guru Padmasambhava subdued and suppressed them, subsequent practitioners should practice and suppress them in the same way. Tormas and offerings should be prepared as usual, and especially the Torma Reversal rituals should be performed according to the scriptures. Specifically, one must know to take appropriate measures according to the type of evil spirit that needs to be suppressed. Whether suppressing or burning, the lingam (representation of the enemy) should not be made arbitrarily, but must distinguish between enemies and evil spirits, and follow standard practices such as writing and folding according to the location. If not, but instead creating one's own, falsely pretending, and practicing in a way that fools and deceives the ignorant, then it is not known who will benefit or be harmed, so it is very important to be in accordance with the ritual. The skulls and other substances used for suppression should be complete according to the scriptures, and all the necessary tools, such as the digging pit, should be prepared. From the preliminary practices to the completion of the recitation of the activity manual, up to the request for accomplishments, everything should be done.
