长寿祈请仪轨 不变金刚橛。 长寿祈请仪轨 不变金刚橛。 依于尼玛扎巴（ཉི་མ་གྲགས་པ།）的伏藏长寿法，为上师等献长寿祈请仪轨 不变金刚橛。 嗡 阿玛Ra 悉地 吽。（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མ་ར་སིདྡྷཱི་རསྟུ།，梵文天城体：ओम् अमर सिद्धि रस्तु，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ amara siddhi rastu，汉语字面意思：嗡，不死，成就，愿赐予。）赐予不死成就之胜者无量寿，与无别寿灌顶之莲花生，伏藏师尼玛扎巴及其传承，以 ज्ञान（藏文：མཁྱེན།），慈悲（藏文：བརྩེ།），能力（藏文：ནུས་པ།）二利任运成就。 复次，大持明者尼玛扎巴以神力从香藏布隆迎请之无量寿佛修法为基础，为诸事业所需之喇嘛、大官等特殊之长寿祈请，将仪轨之权词编排为易于念诵之方式。于上弦月等吉日良辰，将住所打扫等布置得庄严美观。尤其依于长寿修法之坛城、彩粉、唐卡、堆砌等，如意自在灌顶般之宝瓶，寿诛，寿酒，箭幡，供施食子，会供之物等齐全，吉祥八宝，轮王七政宝，八吉祥物，五精华，圆满之法座，具金刚图案之白垫，如有息灾回遮仪轨则更好，若无则于干净之台上，放置红色三角食子，主尊五尊以外围以十小食子，轮王七政宝，吉祥八宝，鸟类、猛兽、野兽、牦牛、绵羊、水族等形象围绕，并撒上珠宝、谷物、药物、丝绸等。以肉酒、指甲等围绕，前方放置灯盏，于一供台上放置所为之对境之替身，替身干净且具备海螺眼等替身之物，并撒上珍宝、谷物、药物等，以丝绸之衣物及灯等装饰。此外，绸带等一切资具皆准备齐全。从前行皈依发心开始，自生本尊念诵、会供等如仪轨般完成，并供奉共同与不共之护法及地神等之朵玛。之后进行真正之长寿祈请，即为所为之喇嘛

The Arrangement for Offering Long Life Prayers: Immutable Vajra Peg. The Arrangement for Offering Long Life Prayers: Immutable Vajra Peg. Based on the Long Life Practice from the terma of Nyima Drakpa, the arrangement for offering long life prayers to lamas, etc., is the Immutable Vajra Peg. Om Amara Siddhi Hūṃ. May the supreme giver of deathless accomplishment, Amitāyus, Padmasambhava who obtained power over inseparable life, the treasure revealer Nyima Drakpa, together with the lineage, spontaneously accomplish the two benefits through wisdom, love, and power. Furthermore, based on the Amitāyus sādhana that the great vidyādhara Nyima Drakpa forcefully invited from Shang Zabu Lung, for the special long life prayers needed for various activities such as lamas and great officials, the authoritative words of the text have been arranged in an easy-to-recite manner. On auspicious days such as the waxing moon, the residence is cleaned and adorned in a bright and beautiful manner. In particular, based on the maṇḍala of the long life practice, colored powders, painted cloths, arrangements, etc., like the empowerment ceremony of the Wish-Fulfilling King, the vase, long life torma, long life chang, arrow banner, offering torma, gathering implements, etc., are complete, along with the eight auspicious symbols, the seven royal emblems, the eight auspicious substances, the five essences, a complete throne, a white cushion with a vajra design, and if there is a dispelling and averting ritual, it is good. If not, on a clean platform, place a red triangular torma, with the main deity and five surrounding deities encircled by ten small tormas, the seven royal emblems, the eight auspicious symbols, and surrounded by images of birds, beasts of prey, wild animals, yaks, sheep, aquatic creatures, etc., and sprinkle jewels, grains, medicines, silks, etc. Surround with meat, alcohol, fingernails, etc., and place a lamp in front. On one platform, place the pure effigy of the one for whom the ritual is being performed, complete with effigy items such as conch shell eyes, and sprinkle precious substances, grains, medicines, etc., and adorn with silk clothes and lamps. In addition, all the necessary items such as silk threads are gathered without being incomplete. Starting from the preliminary refuge and bodhicitta, the self-generation, front-generation recitation, gathering offering, etc., are completed as in the ritual, and the tormas of the common and uncommon protectors and local deities are offered. Then, the actual long life prayer is performed, that is, for the lama for whom it is being performed.
