On the lineage lingam mixed with Bon mantras, write his secret name. When suppressing, put the tsatsa with the curse written on it inside nine tsatsas, and place a cushion. Cover the chest with the tongue of the experiencer, placing it at the boundary between black and white, visualizing it connected to the center of the wind and being tormented. On top of that, seal it with a decaying corpse and a cross, and a drawn Mount Meru. Perform the increase empowerment of the five elements, and perform the horse dance.
