关于外、内、密三种修持所依之次第：外修之所依，应根据个人财力，分上、中、下三等。上等者，以金、银等珍宝铸造；中等者，取众多具大加持之圣地土石，混合绸缎、纸张、药材、香料等物，塑造成形；下等者，至少应用洁净无瑕的白绸。无论何种材质，皆须出自未曾破戒之人之手。造像者须于密咒坛城中获得灌顶，且持戒清净。此处以绘制唐卡为例：应于吉日良辰，如吉宿日等，开始调理画布。将传承清净之加持物，与以净水调和之香料及白胶混合，涂于画布之上，使其平整。造像者面向西南方，以虔诚之心净化自心。完整绘制线条之后，以与本尊仪轨相应的淡薄药香汁液，详细书写各处方位字样；若空间不足，则书写三处（身、语、意）之三字种子字。外、内、密三种之修持咒语，须谨慎工整地书写。若为大型唐卡，则于背面绘制身、语、意三重轮。若无法做到，则书写缘起咒等。之后，以颜料仔细着色。如此，无论大小，一幅具足功德之画像便告完成。关于内修之护身符，身、语、意之三轮，上等者以金银于蓝色纸上绘制；中等者以朱砂及珍宝研磨之汁液于汉纸上书写；下等者，亦须于上好之纸张或麦秆纸上，以普通墨水无误地书写。于上弦月之吉日良辰，陈设内外供品，端正仪轨，于修持之时，以虔诚与渴仰之心，观想持明者之王——托嘎匝（颅鬘力），为无数持明男女所围绕，安住于前方虚空之中，祈请持明者之王、至尊托嘎匝（颅鬘力）：我等誓愿精进修持您之甚深禅定，为成办自他二利，祈请加持身语意之坛城得以绘制，祈请赐予殊胜灌顶。

Regarding the order of supports for outer, inner, and secret practices: For the outer support, depending on the practitioner's wealth, which can be high, medium, or low, the best is to cast it in gold, silver, or other precious materials. The medium is to take earth and stones from many particularly blessed and extraordinary places, mix them with silk, paper, medicinal substances, and fragrant substances, and sculpt them into a raised form. At the very least, use a clean, white silk cloth. Whatever the material, it should be a representation of the body obtained from someone whose vows have not been broken. The artist should have received empowerment in the mandala of secret mantra and should create it with pure vows. Here, taking the example of a painted cloth: On an auspicious day with propitious constellations, such as Gyalpur, the cloth should be prepared. Mix blessings from an unbroken lineage with fragrant substances dissolved in pure water and white glue, apply it to the cloth, and smooth it well. The artist should face southwest, purifying their mind with refuge and bodhicitta. After drawing the complete outlines, create a clear sketch that matches the visualization. Then, with a diluted mixture of medicine and fragrant essence, write the location syllables in detail, or if there is not enough space, write the three seed syllables for the three places (body, speech, and mind). The practice mantras for outer, inner, and secret should be written carefully and precisely. It is said that if it is a large thangka, the three wheels of body, speech, and mind should be drawn in three layers on the back. If that is not possible, write the vowels, consonants, and the heart of dependent origination. Then, carefully apply the colors. In this way, a representation of the body, large or small, with all the qualities, is completed. For the inner practice, the life-stone, the three wheels of body, speech, and mind, the best is to draw them in gold and silver on blue paper. The medium is to write on Chinese paper with cinnabar and the essence of ground precious stones. At the very least, on good paper or straw paper, write without omissions or additions in ordinary ink on an auspicious day with a waxing moon and good constellations. Arrange outer and inner offerings, straighten the practice text, and during the approach, with devotion and longing, single-pointedly visualize the King of Vidyadharas, Thöpa Tsal (Skull Garland Power), surrounded by hundreds of thousands of male and female Vidyadharas, residing in the space in front of you. Pray to the King of Vidyadharas, the supreme Thöpa Tsal (Skull Garland Power): I vow to diligently practice your profound meditation. For the sake of accomplishing the benefit of myself and others, please bless the drawing of the chakras of body, speech, and mind. Please bestow the supreme empowerment.

O! In order to bless these mundane substances into the substances of self-arisen wisdom, one should pray continuously with a single-minded aspiration. Write facing southwest, and according to the ritual, paint the wheels with beautiful colors. If all three wheels can be completed, that is the best, but if not, just the heart wheel is also fine. The three wheels of body, speech, and mind, if all are completed, it is extensive, if not, just this one is enough. On white silk, draw the glorious Chakrasamvara wheel, draw according to the ritual. On red silk, draw the consort goddess, Mandarava (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), and then place the wheels between the father and mother deities. Or place the heart life-stone, the center should not be damaged, and the back should be sewn up. This is the very secret life-wheel, the wheel of the union of all Sugatas, the holder can obtain supreme and common attainments. Thus it is said. If one does not separate from this life-stone, no matter what karmic force from the past or sudden circumstances arise, it cannot hinder, and one will not be obstructed by obstacles and adverse conditions. When the yogi's bodily boundaries dissolve, there will be earthquakes, sounds, and flashes of light, relics and written syllables will appear. Why is it called bondage and liberation? It is also for this reason. As it is said, the wheel, and on white or red silk or paper, draw the images of Chakrasamvara's father and mother deities separately, the size equal to the circumference of the center of the wheel. After completing these tasks well, it is best to have your own root guru, or another qualified Vajra Acharya, consecrate it in a common way. If this is not possible, do it yourself: fumigate the objects of practice with gugul incense, drive away with mustard seeds, and recite fierce mantras. Meditate that all the wisdom deities dissolve into the body and the protective wheel. Make a brief offering and praise, recite auspicious verses, and consecrate with one hundred and eight recitations of the Pratītyasamutpāda mantra. Place the wheels between the images of the father and mother deities, wrap them with five-colored silk and colored threads, and then stack them in a copper gau box in the order of body, speech, and mind, from top to bottom. Do not place it on bare ground, and do not let human hands touch or step over it. Furthermore, the inner and outer objects of practice, the body and the wheels, etc., as mentioned above, should be made together on an auspicious day with favorable planetary and stellar conjunctions, so that it is easy to enter. The life-stone for secret practice is, secret practice.
