Grant accomplishments! Dakinis, Dharma protectors, wealth deities, treasure owners, all supreme and common accomplishments, please grant them to me swiftly! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Deva Ḍākinī Mama Sarva Siddhi Puṣṭiṃ Kuru Ye Svāhā! Requesting Forgiveness: Hūṃ! Wisdom fire deity, sage, please consider me! This fire offering ritual of my activity, although intending to perform it properly, there are mistakes and errors. There may be additions or omissions, poor sound quality, or incomplete offerings. There may be faults in not entering the state of Samadhi. All transgressions, violations, downfalls, sins, and obscurations, I confess! Please grant the supreme accomplishment of Brahma! Aspiration: Ho! By the power of the Samadhi meditation of the activity fire, from now until all lifetimes, whatever activities of the four actions are undertaken, may they be spontaneously accomplished. Without effort, may supreme and common accomplishments be completely fulfilled, and may I enjoy the glory of the ocean of accomplishments! At this time, for pacifying and increasing activities, generate the deity assembly within the vast and boundless belly of the fire deity. For subjugating and wrathful activities, generate the deity assembly within the realm of the fire deity blazing like a legion of flames. Purify the fire pit with Vajra water, and cleanse it with the mantra Oṃ Svabhāva. Straighten the activity text and clearly generate the deity assembly. The sequence of invocation, abiding, prostration, and offering is performed as before, offering to the fire deity, and offering to the activity Yidam, "This so-and-so." Add the activity mantra to the end of the root mantra and offer it. Pray for the desired purpose of whichever of the four activities is being performed. For pacifying, mainly offer sesame seeds and mustard oil. For increasing, offer excellent food. For subjugating, offer red flowers and adornments. For wrathful, offer Linga. Offer Torma and other offerings according to the corresponding text and circumstances. Afterwards, offer a thanksgiving offering and praise to the fire deity and the Yidam deity assembly, extensively or concisely as appropriate. Then, the Sending Forth: Hūṃ! Great sage, fire deity, who accomplishes the blazing activity, please return to your natural abode, and also please grant subsequent corresponding accomplishments! Oṃ Agni Devaye Vajra Mu! Dedicating the Merit to Enlightenment: Hūṃ! By the power of offering fire pujas, praises, and offerings to the assembly of Buddhas, may the intention of the oath be fulfilled! May the four activities be accomplished without obstruction! May all sentient beings, including myself, the three roots
