愿获得事业顶冠之灌顶！嗡 吽 创 舍 阿 阿毗钦扎 吽！然后给予上衣下裙丝绸悬挂，吽！ 蕾巴根上衣红绸下裙等，以此五彩绸缎大顶冠，今为种姓之子作灌顶，愿获得诸佛事业衣饰之灌顶！嗡 瓦斯扎 萨瓦 阿毗钦扎 吽！然后给予身饰等，吽！ 手足镯、颈饰、臂饰，珍宝骨饰、花鬘等，今为种姓之子作灌顶，愿获得诸佛事业饰品之灌顶！然后给予修法仪轨，吽！ 息增怀诛之事业，以调伏一切事业之对治，以此调伏一切之修法仪轨经函作灌顶，愿获得诸佛事业经函之灌顶！嗡 班杂 萨埵 吽 阿毗钦扎 吽！然后手持朵玛，吽！ 巴令朵玛乃诸事业之主，此与圣尊无二无别，今为种姓之子作灌顶，愿获得圣尊事业之圆满灌顶！巴令达 阿毗钦扎 吽！ 如是说，朵玛受用为成就。萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 第三为后行次第： 轮转会供，供养灌顶之供品， 祝愿吉祥，欢庆歌舞， 回向发愿，广弘护持， 息摄等事业次第， 如修法纲要般行持。萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 浊世虽末，具缘弟子， 遇此甚深教言后， 愿成办饶益众生之大事！ 智慧怙主护持此难， 事业怙主守护此宝藏。萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 宝藏印！ 隐藏印！ 交付印！ 甚深印！ 萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 康巴尼玛扎巴于芒域绛巴云之寺（芒域，今阿里地区）火龙年迎请，铁猴年藏历六月三十日从黄纸上抄写。 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！

May the empowerment of the কর্ম crown be obtained! Oṃ hūṃ traṃ hrīḥ āḥ abhiṣiñca hūṃ! Then, give the upper garment, lower wrap, and silk hanging. Hūṃ! With the lebergan upper garment, red silk lower garment, etc., with this great five-colored silk crown, today, by empowering the son of the lineage, may the empowerment of the robes of the activities of the Buddhas be obtained! Oṃ vastra sarva abhiṣiñca hūṃ! Then, give the body ornaments, Hūṃ! Hand and foot bracelets, neck ornaments, arm ornaments, precious bone ornaments, flower garlands, etc., today, by empowering the son of the lineage, may the empowerment of the ornaments of the activities of the Buddhas be obtained! Then, give the practice manual, Hūṃ! Peaceful, increasing, powerful, and wrathful activities, with the antidote that subdues all activities, by empowering with the practice manual book that subdues all, may the empowerment of the book of the activities of the Buddhas be obtained! Oṃ vajra sattva hūṃ abhiṣiñca hūṃ! Then, hold the torma, Hūṃ! Bhaliṃ torma, lord of all activities, this inseparable from the noble deity, today, by empowering the son of the lineage, may the complete empowerment of the noble activities be obtained! Bhaliṃta abhiṣiñca hūṃ! Thus saying, may the torma be enjoyed as accomplishment. Samayā! Gyā gyā gyā! The third is the subsequent sequence: Turn the assembly wheel and offer the empowerment fee, recite auspicious words, celebrate with song and dance, dedicate and make aspirations extensively, and perform the activity sequence such as gathering gently, like a practice essence activity manual. Samayā! Gyā gyā gyā! Even in the degenerate age, a fortunate son, having encountered this profound instruction, may accomplish great benefit for beings! May Yeshe Gonpo protect this difficulty, may the Karma Gonpo guard this treasure. Samayā! Gyā gyā gyā! Treasure seal! Hidden seal! Entrusted seal! Profound seal! Samayā! Gyā gyā gyā!
